I have a family member who has become quite ill in recent years but they REALLY wanted to go to Atlantic City one more time. We ended up booking a room with the Cesar's Hotel and it was quite the experience. My family member has mobility issues and came with a rolling walker and a cane, neither were particularly helpful when attempting to navigate through the casino or hotel. The few employees we did interact with were mediocre at best, they reluctantly gave poor directions when they could clearly see they had an elderly guest who was anxious and struggling to literally get from point A to B. The hotel room itself was clean and modern but the walls were as thin as a water cracker. I was awoken every night by what I can only describe as Debbie Does Caesar's Palace which Siskel & Ebert would undoubtedly give two thumbs down. I realize you can't control every guests behavior but maybe sound machines could be offered by request, I would have paid extra to loan one. If you struggle with mobility issues I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel unless you invest in a transport wheelchair or a mobility scooter.

It was that time of year, where I plan my birthday trip and try to figure out where to go. Never having been to Atlantic City I figured I would try to get a location close to the middle of everything, boardwalk wise. Plus, I already had a Caesars Rewards from visiting Vegas. Booking was simply. Arrival was a tad bit confusing, I was aiming for self park and almost missed where I needed to go. I attempted to find a spot as close to an elevator as I could. Finally parked I made my way to the lobby. Here is one of my biggest gripes with this hotel, and just about any hotel, the carpeting. Why? It makes it hard to roll your luggage, and in this hotel, carpeting is everywhere. There is tiling to the sides, but the carpet is a massive portion of the flooring here. Checking in took a bit, actually, the whole front desk was a bit of a mess. Unless you were a person that was in their rewards program and have spent a ton of money in house, you were basically ignored. Before I get into that, check in was slow. A group of guests were checking out, not one at a time, as a group, each with separate forms of payment. All this combined with a single employee manning the desk made a less than five minutes interaction become a fifteen minute interaction. Of course, when it was my turn to approach, and a line behind me at this point, they finally had more staff at the desk. As for being ignored, let's get into that. Since I wasn't one of their Seven Diamonds guests, or whatever it is called, I was not important to them. See I had left my room without my key...and my ID. I realized this as soon as my door closed behind me. Made my way to the front desk and stood in line for the lowly regular guests. The lady working the front desk was already helping a guest. As she was helping that singular guest three others with the status approached. The staff lady already knew I was there, acknowledged I was there, made eye contact with me, but went and helped those people with the status before even glancing my way again. I was fed up at that point and made my way over to the 'status' line and jumped in front of other people. I just needed a key to get in my room. Without my ID, she wasn't going to let me in, until I opened the app and showed here my confirmation to be there. That was the last interaction I had with the front desk as I was able to do everything else without their assistance. The room, one of the most technologically advanced rooms I have been in. Modern, updated, and full of fun little gadgets. I had never been in a room where you needed to push a button for the shower to come on. We won't talk about how long I searched for the Do Not Disturb sign until I realized it was merely a button as well. Tons of plugs for charging. Backlit headboard gave just the right amount of light for relaxing. However, the shower, with all its impressive modern touches, never got warm enough for me, that is until I realized there was another button. I honestly think that there should have been instructions on how to use the room. It was nice a relaxing with an ocean view. Granted, the view had more of a tinted (dirty) look to it and I saw more rooftop/tower than I did boardwalk/beach. But I wasn't there for the view. As for the facilities in house, or amenities. They were a bit lacking. Unlike other resorts on the boardwalk, this was lacking on things to do. The connected pier/mall was basically empty. The connected casino was nearly desolate. The restaurants, which were plenty, were a little overpriced for a quick bite to eat. Unless you were willing to fork out a ton of money for a simply meal, you weren't getting a good run of variety and pricing. Shopping was almost nonexistent. and shows, there was only one and it appears that I was here near or nearing offseason. For a Caesar's property, you would think that there would be emphasis on filling the inside with things to draw you in. I know there are other Caesar properties along the boardwalk, and they are thriving because of the mixture of types of venues. This property has the potential if they put some effort into it. I probably wouldn't have left the property if I had more choices in house.

Does this statue make my head look big?

I didn't get the room I was promised, but I always make the best of any situation. How long are you in the room anyways? Workers are super friendly and the casino is clean and nice. Right on the boardwalk and ocean for summer fun. It's also perfect for a fall getaway. They have a large outlet mall right out front for a fun afternoon of shopping. Asbury park and New York within driving distance.

This casino has some good restaurants as well as some fun slot machine machines.. I recommend this casino

Fun atmosphere and plenty of action, but one star lost because I lost! The place had a noticeable mix of stale cigarette smoke and an overly strong air freshener, which was a bit much. Otherwise, a good time. And star lost because of odor not my luck!

The room was beautiful - spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Our corner room offered stunning views overlooking both the ocean and the boardwalk. The elevators were efficient, with minimal wait times, and the bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying in the Centurion Tower on your next visit.

Gorgeous room in the Centurion tower in March 2025. Absolutely beautiful room with a view of the beach and downtown. Didn't take any beach pictures. Really thrilled with how well appointed the room was and it was large! Would stay there again!!

We go to Atlantic City once in a while and always end up in Caesers . Not to stay or take a room, but to enjoy the interiors of this amazing casino . One of the best casinos for their architecture.. all other casinos have average looks . Could have given 5 stars but their prices on tables - roulette / blackjack etc are insanely high . I always prefer playing casino games in other place because they are cheap and affordable.. caesers charges premium ! Even food and other things are expensive here . Overall we like this place but for the extremely high rates !!

This lady is just so mean and unhelpful . She looks at you as if you are not human. Good for a security guard or mma, but not hospitality .

Location good , bartenders good people , rooms on the 25th floor had roaches. Worse was the for desk lady with red hair she has the worst attitude ever. Keeps saying she will send a toothbrush up and never did walked down 3 times to change room and get a toothbrush she is just not accommodating. She sould not be a representative of Ceasars unless they want a stubborn arrogant woman. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 1/5 | This lady sent me to my room 3 times for a toothbrush she said we could not get them at the front desk. She said the room service has to knock on the door 2 am and can not leave at the door handle. It is so unhelpful and unkind . Where is your customer service. She would be a great police officer or prison guard. Location: 3/5 Noteworthy details The lady at front desk with red hair has a nasty demeanor she does not help and has no empathy. Hotel highlights Quiet

I took the bus to Caesars Atlantic City for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. Redeeming the casino bonus turned into a complete nightmare. I had to deal with a manager named David in the bus lobby who was not only unprofessional and dismissive, but also extremely rude throughout the entire process. What should have been a quick and simple fix took over an hour to resolve. Instead of offering assistance, David's attitude made the situation even more stressful and disrespectful. This is not the level of service I expected from a casino like Caesars. I left feeling upset, disrespected, and questioning whether I'd ever return. Caesars needs to seriously address the behavior and training of their staff especially those in management positions. DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of other casinos on the boardwalk that treat customers with respect.

I checked my luggage on 11/23/24 and came back to Caesars, AC on 11/25/24, I tried to add a bag to my luggage w/ bellman Ray, who said not a word to me. He immediately went to get the Hotel Operations Manager, Crystal Black. She asked for my ID to check to see if I was a guest at Caesars, AC, (which I was) and said, "you can't add anything because you left your luggage here for 3 days" and to take it w/u. Mind you, I am a guest at the hotel and their ticket stub clearly states you have up to 5 days at Caesars, AC and Caesars Palace rules clearly states you have a week/7 days, with a return visit which I do. So what was the issue? Feeling extremely DISSAPPOINTED, I left it alone and did not check my bag because Crystal did not allow me to!. The next day, I checked out of my room on 11/26/24 (Wed) Thanksgiving eve and wanted to check my bags to the bellman. Oddly enough, the same bellman, Ray (theci instigator) who once again, did not acknowledge me whatsoever, he went to get the same Hotel Operations Manager, Crystal Black. Same answer, "No you can't check your bags as you tried this yesterday, we are not a storage area". She denied me service to check my belongings once again. I was so confused and dumbfounded and asked her, had I had taken my luggage to my room on 11/25/24 (Tues), you would then allow me to check my bags on 11/26/24 (Wed)? Crystal again sated, "No"! Then comes up, Martina McQueen, the "Caesars AC, Hotel Assistant Manager. Who basically from the moment she walks up to me, with no introduction of who she was, started to interrogate me as well. I asked her, "why can't I store my bag, as I just checked out of my room"? Martina relpies, "we are not a storage area. (Mind you, I have no car, I was hungry and then wanting to play some slots at Caesars, AC, NJ) Martina refused to answer any of my concerning questions as to why I could not check my bag in. She was rude, arrogant, obnoxious and condescending as if I had committed a crime. She then proceeds without my permission, takes my personal luggage from the storage area, without asking for my ticket throws my luggage to the side and sarcastically says, "have a good day"! Crystal Black, Martina McQueen and bellman Ray, the three so called "hospitality employees" *ironically* ganged up on me, bullied and harassed me. They had zero empathy and was also discriminatory towards me because I am an Asian woman. (Had I had been any other race, I doubt they would have treated me the same) So, thank you Martina McQueen, Crystal Black and bellman Ray, for your outstanding, professional service at Caesars, AC, NJ the best condescending, exempliatory, discriminatory, exceptionally rude behaviors from all 3 employees. Not only did you so called Managers defuse a simple situation (should have just accommodate their guest request because this is your job) but esculated a situation 10fold. This is an abuse of power and mistreatment to one of your loyal guest (X-guest now) at Caesars, Atlantic City, NJ. Treating them like a piece of trash, let alone on Thanksgiving holiday! GOD sees and hears all; KARMA has no time limits!

Talk about luxury! This hotel was absolutely stunning! As soon as you walk in the air smells nice, it's very bright and airy, huge!! We stayed in the centurion tower where the room was very nice. We had an ocean view room and a view of the boardwalk that showed the entire thing which was a beautiful sight at night. The only reason i didn't give them a 5 star is because of the pool situation. They have a pool inside the sauna. Not really a hotel pool. For a hotel this large, you would think it would have a pool for people to enjoy. The pool was located on a rooftop, which was nice. But in order to go to the pool, it's 21+, and you have to pay for a chair in order to get into the pool. Chairs were $25 each at an elevated counter. Pool chairs were $65 with an umbrella, and cabanas started at $350. The pool wasn't very large and it did have a separate hot tub which was nice. They also had a pool bar which didn't cost but was first come first serve and you weren't allowed to walk out and sit by it without purchasing a chair. So the entire thing was very confusing. But, i guess lol. The pool overlooked the beach and the other side of the boardwalk for miles! It was beautiful watching the water from my countertop seat lol. The drinks were great tho! The pool girls walked around with mini bottles of water taking drink orders and stuff. So that was appreciated. All in all, the hotel was very nice. It was located right on the boardwalk. Direct access to multiple beach points, the boardwalk trolley was right out front, parking was easy. It was a great stay. The room was nice and big. Nice shower, separate toilet room, (which is always appreciated), large screen tv. The beds were a bit soft as were the pillows. But that's all personal preference. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice. See pics below

Hello my fellow Yelpers! I know it's been a while since I've given reviews...but here I am. Caesars at Atlantic City, is grandiose in all it's glory. I love the Roman decor theme. The entrance to Gordon Ramsay's restaurant, is breathtaking. It's a beautiful hotel and casino. Yesterday, I went with my family, on a bus tour. It was after 2pm, and with a revved up appetite, we headed to a restaurant within the hotel, called Kwi. It's an Asian fusion eatery with great food. The main food focus is on rice, noodles, vegetables and some protein. I ordered a classic shrimp pad Thai. It was delicious! A little sweet, sour, with a touch of both heat and spice. Prices are reasonable. After eating, we headed to the casino. We had a blast (spending money at the coin machines) while having a cocktail... can't be more Jersey Shore than that. Speaking of the shore, we ventured to go along the boardwalk. If one don't feel like walking, just hop on the shuttle for only $5 bucks while you people-watch. It's very family-friendly. I did see security guards along the boardwalk too. Although it was cloudy, it was a nice trip. I hope to repeat it again.

*****THIS IS A LONG READ*****…read more This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I must say, my check-in experience was horrible! This is my birthday weekend, so I came alone for a little R&R and self-care. I did not expect to be treated as horribly as I was! I arrived about 3:30 and went to the kiosk for express check-in, only to realize I had left my wallet in my car. I went over to the bell hop desk, where I was nicely greeted by Mario, to ask if I could leave my belongings there while I went to retrieve my wallet. Mario explained to me that he could hold my things, but had to grab a cart for them and give me a ticket as standard protocol. While I waited for him to return, the most RUDE, NASTY, ARROGANT, IMPOLITE, IGNORANT male comes to me yelling, "MA'AM YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE!" I told him to calm down and stop talking to me like that! I then tried explaining the situation to him, and what Mario told me, but before I could finish, he cut me off and yells... "Well he's new! That's why he told you to leave your stuff here! I'M THE BELL CAPTAIN! HE SHOULD'VE CAME AND GOT ME! YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE, YOU NEED A TICKET!" I asked him why he was yelling! There was no need for that, especially if I'm not speaking to him that way! He replies while flailing his arms around, "OH HERE WE GO! HERRRRRE WE GO!" I tried again to explain that Mario had already told me that, but Mr. "Bell Captain" who I later found out name is Saleem, was so bent on letting me know his position that he couldn't even hear what I was saying. Mario then comes back with the cart, and he proceeds to yell at Mario! "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN! WHO AM I??? WHO AM I ??" Mario and another Bellman quietly says, "Bell Captain." He then says, "YEAH SO THAT'S WHY Y'ALL CHECK WITH ME FIRST!" I stepped in and told him that if he's a real leader, he doesn't have to blast who he is, (not to mention it was on his name tag) and he should not be embarrassing his employees publicly. He could have talked to him in the back and let him know what he did wrong. I didn't need to see that! I also told him, I'm not sure if he's having a bad day, but there was no reason for him to behave this way! He starts yelling...again...."I'M GREAT! ALL MY BILLS ARE PAID! I GOT MONEY IN THE BANK! I'M GOOD!" I don't understand what that had to do with anything but whatever. He then went back to yelling about him being the Bell Captain and what the protocol was for me leaving my stuff there. CLEARLY he missed that Mario did the right thing from the beginning! Mr. Bell Captain just felt the need to power trip in that moment for whatever reason. I told him he needed to listen and not interrupt when someone is speaking because he would have known that it was handled correctly! He put his hand up and says, I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!" I looked at Mario, thanked him for helping me and told him he did nothing wrong. This situation made me so angry that I burst into tears! To add insult to injury, after all the drama, I was waiting for over an hour to get my belongings because SOMEONE put the incorrect room number in the system. I found that out because I had to go back down to the lobby to see what was going on with my things. I was late for my dinner reservation, and my night was pretty much ruined. I couldn't fully enjoy my dinner the way I'd hoped to. I actually cried while at the restaurant because I was still so frustrated with how everything had gone. Not only did I come here to rest and relax, I came her to try and release some of my grief from the loss of my Baby Brother. Hopefully my spa experience will be much better. Shout out to "T" whom I believe was the Operations Manager. He helped me calm down and agreed to address Saleem and the issue. However, I wanted this situation to be documented. NOBODY should ever be able to get away with mistreating ANYONE no matter their position. I WILL be pursuing this further until I'm satisfied with the outcome.

We arrived pretty late and the check-in line was long, but it moved quickly so that was a plus. First thing to note: the casino definitely smells like a full-on cigarette campaign, so just be prepared for that. Aside from that, there are tons of options for food, shopping, and of course plenty of ways to gamble. The staff was nice across the board, and the bartenders were especially friendly and made us some great drinks. We stayed one night and the room was huge, easily enough space for four people in a standard room. The bathroom was really nice, and there's a mini fridge in the room which is always convenient. Parking is not complimentary, so keep that in mind. The pool was closed (not sure why), which was a little disappointing. But overall, it's a nice casino, reasonably priced for a quick trip, and I'd definitely visit again. Bonus points for being both dog-friendly and kid-friendly.

This entire complex is a maze. We were trying to find a restaurant and had to ask 3 different people. Ended up having to go to one elevator to get to the 5th floor of another tower then to another elevator in a completely different tower to go down to that lobby and then through several hallways. You will get lost. Check in gets 10 stars! Super convenient and quick. You aren't waiting. Service was great. We were put in the Salona Tower. There's 2 elevators. That's it. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to get on the elevator to go up to our room. Seems like there's a bank of 4 but only 2 are working. This was super inconvenient. Room itself was good. Spacious and all the things you need. Seems as if it has been updated. There's a huge bathroom with a tub, one sink and toilet. The bed was comfy and a king. There's a TV, chair, and small table. I think there was a fridge but not sure as we didn't use. There was an ironing board as well. Safe too. Overall good accommodations. Nothing fancy. Just what you need.

So is this something that is hidden in Atlantic City? I'm truly interested to know if people come…read morehere. Like the last review was nearly a year ago. Well, let's get into it. Wild Wild West Casino is basically an extension to Caesars. No other way to put it. No hotel portion, no big advertising to pull you in. It's just there. Hidden and underused...almost deserted. I ventured here via the connection to Caesars. It is an interesting walk to get here as you feel like you are entering an area guests shouldn't be allowed. You go to a corner, through some doors, down an escalator, through a themed walkway, and finally enter. Along the way you see signs on doors staying staff only, but you also see signs with arrows pointing you in a direction to continue. It was confusing and I was wondering if I was entering AC's version of the backrooms. The highlight of this area is the theming. They really went all out to make you feel like you were entering into the Old West. The corridor taking to the area is lined with what is supposed to be the buildings along a dirt road in the west. The casino floor itself carries on the theming and is included in the bar areas (I'm guessing on that one, I'll tell you why in a minute). It makes you wonder what this place looked like in its heyday. Because I can tell you it looked fun to be in...but. See here's the thing, it's like they just forgot about this area, left some of the power on, and the door unlocked. When I got to this area it was seriously dim. As one review from 2022 stated, most of the light in here comes from the doors that take you out to the boardwalk. There were absolutely no places that offered food or drink open, completely shuttered. That bar area where the theming continued, it looked like it was to be set up with tables and chairs and be partitioned off from the rest of the place, but you could walk right though the area. Restaurants from well known celebrity chefs were locked up tight. The entrance to the show as well. I felt like I could have done one of the urban explorer videos in here because there was no one else in this space. I did a real quick once around of the floor to make sure I wasn't seeing things and there was absolutely no one in here playing the slots. No table games that I saw either. I believe there were games in here much like you would find at an adult arcade as well. After a bit, I started to get that creepy feeling and I made my way to the boardwalk doors. This was the only time I saw people. This is a convenient shortcut to get to Caesars if you are on the boardwalk. Also a great way to avoid weather. Sad, feels like this could be a great place to visit.

My room must have been renovated because it had enough outlets for charging. King size bed was decent. A friend who was in the North Tower said that her room was completely different and didn't have any outlets, and she was upset. The bad: I had to wait on line for 40 minutes to get a room. They need express kiosks. Everything reeks of cigarette smoke. While waiting for a room the smoke was so bad I had to go upstairs and change my clothes. Elevators took forever, especially during busy times. Checkout is too early. The rooms for the conference were good, but they put some of the events away from the conference center area and we had to hike pretty far to get to Sound Waves for the luncheon and later on for a business meeting. By the end of each day I had logged close to 20k steps. We asked for directions to the hallway that connects Hard Rock to Resorts and the security guard that we asked had no idea. That was rather strange. Hard Rock is in a decent location on the Boardwalk, but I am not really impressed.
