This is literally just to take EVERY cent you have.... You spend close to $300+ day of the shot to receive ALL photos captured in digital download and advise this is the most cost effective method. To not have the digital download include the Cap and Gown photos. My daughter called in when this happened a few months back to be advised all cap and gown photos will be released in the Spring to have Cady again want someone to pay $300-$80 to receive all to one images of your child in their Cap and Gown ... The high schools need to stop working with companies like this that want to nickel and dime you for everything! read more

Cady Studios was a nightmare from start to finish. I came in for my daughter's senior pictures with a promo: buy the digital photos upfront and get the portfolio for $50, but the studio rang me up wrong and told me customer service would fix it. Customer service was hard to reach, had a major language barrier, and refused to honor what the studio promised. After weeks of calls and emails, they canceled my order without explanation or refund, and only after relentless follow-ups did they "expedite" it and promise a free 8x10--which took weeks to even start. To make matters worse, they're the only studio schools use for yearbook, graduation, and senior pictures, so you literally have no alternative. Disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating--I do not recommend Cady Studios. Be prepared to chase them constantly just to get what you paid for. read more

Cany Studios is the most difficult and expensive photography studio that is contract with the school board to memorialize your childs first triumph. They mandate that in order to view the pictures taken . You take a day off and go sit with them or sit through a zoom presentation to simply view the photographs before you can decide which ones you want. They do this so you are pressured into purchasing extremely expensive packages. This is high pressure sales at its finest using our children's special day to do it. Shame on you! read more

Total scam company. For senior photos, do yourself a favor and forgo the extra scenes beyond yearbook pics and cap and gown. The sell you a package that gets you all your digital images, but only send you 5 poses from each scene. No chance to preview more than that. They left out several images in my daughter's download and are refusing to let me preview the others that are missing before they allow me to "swap." Go to a private photographer who will appreciate your business and treat you like an actual person for more scenes because their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. Once your in studio session (which was an ok experience) is done, you are handed off as a number in a call center. read more

You download one to make sure it's not a trademark but it's actually awful shadowing. Then they send you an email of $99 special for the same thing you purchase. Do yourself a favor and just get your basic package and hire someone to do the rest. Atleast you can see what you're purchasing. The manager who called me was also awful, told me because you viewed ONE it's not my fault and you can't see the photos without viewing The company is unfortunately a scam and they are contracted with the school. I have to say we really enjoyed our time here! And that's coming in with concerns about how much money I would be dropping! Lol! I had heard that Cady was expensive expensive and I'm not looking to spend mucho $$ on some pics BUT I did want to celebrate this important time in my daughters life graduating high school so finally went online and made reservations for her session, it was pretty easy and I really liked how you could pick how much you wanted, you didn't have to do the whole package! We picked the 4 poses one that had cap and gown, senior pic, and 2 pretty backgrounds.... we were greeted and shown around then walked to each of the studios for the pics, a professional photographer was at each station ready to take your pics. It looked like the pics will be beautiful! They touch them up then send you proofs in the mail, so we're waiting on those, but the preview pics looked great! I'm hoping to pay around $300 for the actual pics ( not sure yet) so not too bad, it was a good experience! read more

the photographer Antonio R was very special and helped make my photos beautiful. he does a very good job. but CADY is a scam, they make you pay around $300 to take the photos and to be able to get all your photos you have to pay an absurd amount, i did not like how they edit the photos, after taking each photo we looked at the photo with my mom and it looked very nice but after they edited them it did not look good. it is crazy that they have a $2000 package to be able to receive all the photos you liked on a USB. totally disappointed, i cried that day. read more

Scheduled my sons senior pictures MONTHS ago- called this morning at 9am to confirm my sons appointment at 2pm today & was told we are all set. Show up to take pictures and they're CLOSED! I went with my son to get his senior high school pictures. It's nice and clean inside but some people might think the music is a bit loud. This company does not care about you or your kid, all they want is the money. My daughter had senior photos done there and the photographer was showing my daughter the action shots among others as they did them. She was excited about going to get them at the photo appointment to purchase them. Well, whoever did the editing of the action shots that the photographer showed her, Just removed them from our selection choices. My daughter is a dancer at her school and they did photos of jumps and other dance moves. When we asked where the photos were, we were told "No, there was no way to recover them and the only thing they were concerned with was how much money I was going to spend. I spent over a thousand dollars and when I said my daughter was upset because the photographer had shown her pictures that looked better than what CADY Studios had chosen for us. They did not care and they said " OH WELL that's too bad". Some of the photos they chose for use had colored lighting that washed her out and made it hard to see her face. I scheduled the $299 Elite Session for my daughters Senior Photos & at the time I scheduled/paid for this we had NO IDEA that we weren't getting any pictures, that was not clear at all! I was under impression that I was going to get AT LEAST 1 copy of each picture we took, but we aren't actually getting anything unless we want to pay another couple hundred-thousand more dollars! I'm extremely unhappy with this & wish I would have known ahead of time, because I wouldn't have scheduled this higher priced session, I would have just done the senior yearbook photo & gap+gown at school! I'm extremely unhappy about not being able to afford any of my child's beautiful pictures!!! The package prices are so extremely expensive and not well explained. I would like to start by saying Allison H. Is the absolute BEST! Her photos are amazing she takes her time to capture the perfect shot! I would recommend her for every stage of your session journey. As for CADY the company my review is this: in regards to the digital package Option presented to me after paying for the most popular package session not using all of the scenes, but not getting a discount off of the price that I paid for the session. I think it is financially harsh to not offer digital packages in the same way that you offer print packages to force a parent to purchase all or none of the digital photos at a $900 price point on top of the photo session fee is excessive for this major milestone in our child's life and it seems a bit unfair and not consumer friendly in anyway. Offering a package with 10 digital photos for $100 or something like that is more palatable and fair to those who may not be in a financial position to pay almost $900 just to capture this milestone Especially if your photographer captures more than a handful of amazing shots (Again Allison H was amazing)!!! I think you should revisit this rip off option for senior pictures to market to all household income price points and not snatch away the opportunity for parents to brag about their child's milestones because they can't afford the picture proof. read more

We had a wonderful experience. Everybody was so helpful. I didn't get the name of the girl that helped us but it started with a K. I think her initials were KL. We did Emerge, Living walls, timeless, shadowland and of course graduation and cap & gown. All of the different photographers we had were so helpful with the poses. I recently went in with my Son for Senior Pictures. I was absolutely blown away by the young ladies that assisted us. Ashaunte was our photographer and she was amazing. Ashaunte was able to get my Son to smile which hardly ever happens. Thank you. I will forever be grateful. The experience at Cady was really great except their call center did nothing provide the correct address to my daughter's senior picture session. They also did let us know that we could bring more than one guest and that parents are allowed to take pictures too. I like how the Cady staff on site followed CDC guidelines with ensuring everyone follows the social distancing process. Kaitlin was very creative with suggesting various poises during my daughter's senior pictures session. Octavious was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Cady products and prices. Both Kaitlin and Octavious were friendly, patient and professional. My only regret is that so didn't ask for a family picture during our final viewing. My family and I are pleasantly surprised with the final product. The photos appear 3D, vibrant colors and the photo paper that was used is simply amazing. My daughter was a little nervous but settled in with ease as the photographers talked her through posing, relaxing and having fun. I would say that some photographers were more into it than others. Shout out to Kenny B. for being meticulous and a perfectionist. He took her formal/yearbook shot and really did a great job bringing her out of her shell and making sure she looked her best. Huge props to Kayleigh!!! You can tell she enjoys her job! She is super engaging and worked hard in getting many different poses and angles. My daughter felt very comfortable around her which helped make the pictures come out great. Kayleigh was so good that we requested for her to take the rest of her pictures in the different settings.
