CADY Photographers are quite talented and we had a great experience -my rising senior, our dog and Mom. :) We chose 4 studio settings ("Most Popular" package) with very creative photographers (Kenny B., Carly, Kaitlin & Deshonna). This package also included about 15 minutes outdoors directed by our amazing photographer Kenny B. on their pretty grounds, as well as yearbook and cap & gown shots. Parents, friends, family, and pets are allowed to participate, so now we have an updated family photo! Also, the photographers allow the student and parent to see the images as they take them. I appreciate that courtesy. Our session was set for a Friday. One disappointment was how many other students were also scheduled so we had to wait at a couple of photo settings. I ended up out of the office for almost the entire day. We were at the studio for 4 hours, when 2 hours was the estimated time. CADY provides changing areas and even pearls for the young ladies on their yearbook photos. Our follow-up slide show sales presentation was done by Allison, who was very kind, knowledgeable on pricing details, efficient, and not pushy. The single thumb drive pricing was high. They do give a price range for each package in their brochure. CADY charges for the photo session, which I understand if someone only wants a basic package. However, I would suggest that they take that $129 off the package price when the client spends above a mid-range amount, regardless of what they buy. CADY staff were professional and friendly, from start to finish, and I can't put a price on the experience I gave my daughter of feeling special and pretty. That's how I'm rationalizing spending well over $1300 at CADY, before printing a single photo, producing an album, framing any photos, or other fun merchandise which I plan to source out on my own. I thank CADY for a very special experience at this important stage of my daughter's life. I can say confidently that you will not be disappointed with the quality of the photos you receive. read more
