I came here for a good friend's wedding and I'm glad they chose this place. Wonderful! The home is gorgeous as well as it built in the 1800s. They do need to fix it up a bit more, but the important part is the view of the river. Also, the house offers a reception area where it can hold about 50-60 people. They also have food options and decorations for you as well so it's a good package deal. The staff are really nice and they cater to you well. There is a circular drive by the front door so very helpful for any guests who have mobility issues. I am sorry for the bride who rented here years ago and had issues with the person who handled the rental. The lady we worked with was lovely and very accommodating. Good price for a rental and nice location in Jax Beach.

Suppose to be open at 5:30pm and the manager couldn't find her way here til after 6pm. Which left all the food and all the guests standing outside. She doesn't return calls when call and leave messages. So beware when checking on this place to use as a rental. We even paid extra to get in early. This place doesn't get any stars. Hope this help anyone else in the future before getting mixed up the group. We final got ahold of the manager, and her replied was "Oh I forgot about your group renting the club. SO BEWARE!

First and foremost I want to give a big heartfelt thank you to Annie Pajcic for the support. When we had the auction in early August we had not yet matched with a birth mother and now we are five days away from our baby being born. TAE was the absolute perfect place to hold an art auction. The space is absolutely gorgeous and Rachel helped us place our art installations in the perfect place to increase our success. We ended up raising 10% of our adoption through our art auction at TAE! The location of TAE is perfect and there was more than enough parking for our 50+ guests. Additionally, there are large easily accessible bathrooms, a fridge, and kitchen available for use. Even before my wife and I brought our art to showcase, the ambiance of TAE is perfect. We were lucky to have live music for our event. Our singers decided to go fully acoustic, but there is a state of the art sound system available for artists to plug into. We didn't use it, but it looked like it would make for a great music experience. I cannot stress how perfect this space is for an event. Big thank you once again to Annie and Rachel!
