Emilson charges $115 for a family membership - that's up to five people in a single household. They've got indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and a steam room, a spin studio, basketball and volleyball drop-ins, free group exercise programs, FREE BABYSITTING, a decent snack bar, a friggin' Sky Trail (think a four-story vertical obstacle course on a track), and more. These sort of amenities make for a huge draw, and subsequently, peak hour crowds. "Someone was putting mascara on in the bathroom." What can I say? Saturdays get crazy for me. My children are very happy at both drop off and pick up. They have a structured curriculum and schedules that align well with each classroom, and we have seen both of our children truly thrive. We are confident that the child who will be entering K next year is going to be more than ready with the preparation in Pre-K! We call it a school because it is truly more than a daycare - they are caring for the children but also developing them as empathetic and smart learners! In these unique (pandemic) times, Little Steps really has made sure all state policies are followed. We have felt completely comfortable sending the children in. It is also worth noting that the classrooms are spotless, drop off/pick up is easy, and communication via the tadpoles app is very clear. (It also shares a building with a great pediatrician practice and is walking distance to a commuter rail...extremely convenient!)

The staff to child ratio is wonderful - only 8 other kids in his group. Food is included in the weekly cost, and I appreciate that he's trying new foods, and I am not having to pack food for 2 kids each morning. (He has a sister in first grade.) The app Kindercare uses is great! You get notifications of pretty much everything - what he eats, when he naps, and even when they change him and if it's wet - if it's pee or #2. We also get photos sent throughout the day and it makes me so happy to see him having fun. The long hours at Kindercare work for our family. We drop our son off before 8:15 am to get breakfast. We pick him up close to 5 pm. I would recommend Marshfield Kindercare to anyone with a little. The staff cares about all the kids, and it shows!
