I don't normally take the time to write a review for anyone or anything, but with that being said let me tell you about Peter Cusimano. I recently ran into an issue at work that I had no idea where to start or who to reach out to, to clear it and return back to work. I did everything in my own power that I knew to clear my name and start a process to return back to work. Long story short, I was ready to give up and find a new job, but it wasn't until I met Peter who talked me through what we should be doing and what should have been done that he gave me hope again to fight on. From the very begging, Peter began to reach out to people from my Employer to find out who to speak to, to get me back to work, and start my RTD process. Let me tell you it wasn't easy, from the start everyone kept playing hot potato and giving the responsibility to someone else. But Peter never gave up and he reached so far up the Management ladder that I finally got a call from a representative from work, that in short explain whatever happened in my case for work should have been handled differently and I should have been directed to her from the start. I owe Peter a lot. He never saw the task as too difficult and he never got frustrated. Instead, he always kept me calm and said I will take care of this, and to who I need to reach out to, you take care of yourself. He always communicated with me, no matter how small the information may have been. He always kept me informed of who he was speaking to and what they were doing or supposed to be doing on their end. The level of transparency I received from him is something that should be done EVERYWHERE and something that is always hard to come by. Peter has first hand knowledge of state laws and relationships with key state agents. I had moved to California, but there was a block on my ability to get my license in California due to some outstanding requirements which needed to be fulfilled in New Jersey. New Jersey had not received my change of address even though I mailed it 2X and therefore they could not communicate with me the requirements. After Peter took my case, he very quickly achieved results. New Jersey and he communicated by phone and he was able to understand the mumbo jumbo of requirements and how to translate them into California law and then to quickly assemble together with New Jersey and NTSI an acceptable course of action to fulfill my requirements to remove the block. He knew the representative who was handling my case and had worked with her in the past. They had mutual trust which was important in this case as paperwork cannot tell the story. So his good working relationship with the representative and his experience with out of state cases, moved me forward in a way that even a lawyer with whom I had consulted in New Jersey could not. In addition, NTSI collaborated with Peter to provide me with the hours that I needed to complete in the quickest and most convenient way for my work schedule, for which I additionally give Rodney at NTSI great credit as well. Also being a disabled veteran I have unique problems, I feel that I was helped, educated and important to me was they were able to be flexible with payments and total amount. Not a Good counselor feels like your pressured into staying in his after care and feel as though your trapped from getting released ever, can't help you with real life issues when approached if your pregnant he will decline the services to you and send you on your way still under educated about how to stay sober with no where to turn cause he shuts the door on your recovery, when asking for help. read more
