She helped me make a selection since I hadn't visited the location before. I chose the oatmeal cookie smoothie which was delicious (sweetened with dates). The cashier didn't know what was in the smoothie when I made sure it was dairy free, and it was exponentially slow considering that I was the only person there. I can attribute both of those to training issues, but there's also the matter of the topic of conversation very loudly being held by the employees, which kind of ruined the vibes.
