I placed an order through rhino dog kennels. I was charged by cactus Feed and supply. $4700 was withdrawn by an ACH withdrawal, and I never received my product. Ashley has been vulgar when trying to get resolution when I have been able to get ahold of her. The owner Mike will not return my call, text or emails. This is the rudest, most demeaning service I have received in a very long time. I really wish I had read the reviews and seen that at least 90% are terrible (and the ones that are positive don't even seem real!). Cactus Horse Corrals - Who speaks to a customer like this? - Horse Equipment Shops Near Me - Hesperia, California

NO star review! This business and its other names Cage Co and Cactus Feed and Pet Supply are crooks and thieves! I ordered $6700.00 worth of horse shelters from general manager Josh Conaway, as soon as he got my money he and Ashley do not respond to phone calls or emails about picking my order up. I contacted the Victorville Sheriff and they are aware of this business. I have filed police reports and am perusing legal action with a lawyer. read more

Awful customer service. Refuse to honor the warranty when CLEARLY the weld in their shelter post was defective, as the shelter ripped off right at the weld. Out of 6 shelters biught from them-all installed the same way- only this one was defective. They are saying their shelters are only good for fair weather conditions. Buyer beware. Check the reviews. See the picture where the weld broke off and the shelter flipped. read more

Only get one star because I can't leave them a zero star rating. Approximately $15,000 worth of product was ordered in May 2023. Estimated shipping date was the end of May 2023. The product finally arrived in SEPTEMBER! The customer service is absolutely horrible. Almost impossible to get a return call or email about an order, however if you say you want to place an order, they will call you back every time. Be aware that they track your phone number when you call, so if you want any chance of getting anyone to answer the phone you need to call from a number other than the one used to place the order. Once they have your money they refuse to speak with you at all. Ended up calling cactus feed and supply in August to get an update on the order from cactus horse corrals. They will tell you they are not affiliated with the corral place, but this was another lie. At least the folks at the feed store employees were courteous enough to answer the phone and eventually get back to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this lying and shady business at all costs. I would suggest rarin'-to-go corrals, the experience with that company was much better than cactus. read more

Wish I would have read the reviews before I dealt with this place. Run don't walk from doing business here

Wow. I had previous good experiences with this company which is why I bought from them again but that was a huge mistake. They have changed their policies now and no longer allow cancellations for any reason (I mean, good luck with that if I ever told a judge this story but...) Dec. 2 - ordered shelter online Dec. 29 - not one peep from them. I finally email to ask for a status update. Dec. 30 - they tell me estimated delivery is January 9. OK, not thrilled, that's a very long time but okay. Jan. 17 - no shelter, no communication. I tell them to forget it and refund my money since farm it was destined for already gave up and bought another shelter. Feb. 2 - they call, tell me they're delivering it tomorrow and I can't cancel it and there's literally nothing I can do. Well, here's what I can do. I can resell the shelter (which they could have done too, it took me 15 minutes) but since they refused to cooperate in any way or provide any level of customer service, they are getting the reviews they have earned. read more

Do not use this company!!!! I normally do a lot of research for big purchases but I regretfully did not prior to buying panels from this shady, terrible company! I wish there was a no star option. I placed my order March 5th and have yet to receive the panels despite repeated phone calls and emails with little to no responses. They finally called on 5/8 saying the panels would be delivered on 5/15. I took the day off to be available for them. They never showed and never called. These people are conscienceless, miserable humans. read more

What a crap company. Called to see about getting 10 panels delivered totaling $1250. The receptionist with the "I hate my job and humans in general" attitude, informed me the delivery fee was going to be $800. Ummm, huh? I told her the ad on Craigslist said delivery to Ca, Az and Nv was $75-395. I'm in central/northern Cali and they are in southern cali. Wth? She was bitchy and ill equipped to answer any questions I had. Won't be using these people for jack shit. read more

Love this company! I'd ordered from competitors and when there were issues, the other company didn't stand behind the product at all. Someone recommended Cactus because they said they had good customer service, and they were right! The products are great, prices are good and service is exceptional! I ordered a horse shelter, not noticing that the poles weren't the right length because of the slope of my land. I didn't notice until they were delivered! I called them up and they delivered a replacement set and took away the original ones! They only charged me for the difference in the poles which is fair since the ones I needed were more expensive. Super nice group of people too! read more

I want everyone to look at the latest reviews - I received a 5 star service . I write a 5 star review seldom ... Please understand that the covers and corals are quality made , custom to your order , not cheap junk from over seas , premade to ship cheap . The Team at Hesperia CA is working on them and if you need help -- ask the service to get a message to Bobbie or Ashly ( that's what the answer service is for ! ) . My items are well constructed for HORSE use . Not for casual design . I am a real horse owner and I am not going to buy from a chain feed / budget / tractor place . I needed heavy gage quality welded items that would not break apart when my horse rubs it Butt on it, or plays bitty face over and between the rails .. yes that includes the shelters rubbing their butt and not bending poles. I have seen cheap items get loosened , bend and fall apart at the neighbors after their horse and the Santa Ana wind got to them .. Thank you for the service Bobbie or Ashly and the crew in Hesperia CA - Cactus Horse corrals -- FYI your driver is awesome !! -- I will add photos once I get the items installed .... read more

CageCo seems to be the same company as Cactus Horse Corrals. This has been an absolute nightmare. They said that they had the horse shelter in stock and it would ship out immediately, so I ordered the shelter. It has been 3 weeks and they have rescheduled the delivery 2 times. I have taken off work 2 times now and I have yet to get my order. I have had to board my horse for another month because they could not fulfill what they are offering. If you actually want a horse shelter then order it from somewhere else! read more

I ordered hanging hay feeders from this company. They took the order, explained it was back ordered and I'd have to wait a month. A month passed. I called to get an update. I called three times on the separate days, talked with several people and no body could give me a straight answer. Then! I got a response - they sent me the wrong product. I called to find out what happened and again got stonewalled. They now said they'd close out my order and refund my money. No sorry, no apology, no acknowledgement for my efforts to get them to perform. I do not recommend buying products from this company until they improve their customer service. read more

I purchased a stall and shelter from them in 2015. Everything was fine. I wanted to upgrade what I have at home, so I placed my order in November for new shelters and stalls. I was told they would be ready for pickup no later than December 18th. I called a few days prior to that date, since I had yet to hear anything from anyone. I wanted to make sure everything was ready and Richard informed me that there's been a delay from Covid. So it would be an extra week. No big deal, I totally understood. I asked him to follow up with me as the week gets closer, regarding everything being ready. I had to call back the following week, a day before pickup since Richard neglected to give me a phone call regarding the status of my 3k order. I spoke with a girl named Angelieek and she was very sweet. Apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that she would personally follow up with me because my order has been pushed back again. She kept me informed and was very nice. Long story short- after additional delays, my order wasn't ready until January 13th. I arrived to pick everything up and it was already stacked together. I asked the boys to offload some pieces so I could count everything, to make sure everything was accounted for, since it didn't look like a lot. They refused and assured me everything was there. I also bought 20 clamps for $172. I start unloading everything, to start setting it up since I hired people to put them together. We off load them, and 3 shelter panels are missing!! I paid people to build this, so I'm out $500. Since they have to come back an additional time since they were unable to complete the job in one day with missing pieces. The 20 clamps I bought, I was missing several screws and nuts. I called them to let them know I was missing pieces on the weekend and a woman asked me if I was counting correctly. That is not professional and it's rude. Between my 2015 purchase, and this one I have spent almost 5k. Their customer service is lacking. People assured me someone would call me back that day to resolve the issue and nobody did. I spoke with 3 different people, and the last one let me know I would get a call first thing the following morning instead. Well the next morning rolls around, I wait an hour and nobody called. So again, I called and surprise, Richard answers again. He didn't apologize for the missing pieces, and wouldn't reimburse me for ANY of the extra money I wills have to pay my set-up guys to come back for their mistake. I had to order another shelter wall to account for the one we needed to use since my 3 other shelter walls were missing. I had paid $225 per wall on the order that I literally ust picked up. Then Richard informs me that their prices have gone up. He wouldn't even price match it to the ones I JUST purchased. So that shelter panel was $105 more. I feel like I should've paid the $225, or honestly been given it for free, since I was missing panels and had to use the one I had to make do. He said he would "give me a discount" on that panel for all the trouble and did not. The price I paid, is the same price on the website. Richard said they would be over after 11:30am for dropoff since I had a doctor's appointment. Well, guess what? They arrived at my house at 10:22am. So I had to have my mom leave work really quick to be there to let them in, she also had to help the delivery driver unload them which she shouldn't have had to do since she has a bad back. There should've been 2 guys that did it for her, since they failed to have all my merchandise when I initially picked it up. Also, what was the point of telling me after 11:30 Richard, if they're just going to come an hour earlier wheni specifically said I wouldn't be home. While dropping off my missing panels, they somehow managed to drop off an extra shelter for a different customer. They said they would be over at 5pm to pick it up, so I stayed home to be there. Then they called an hour later to inform me that they will be there tomorrow morning instead. Which is completely ridiculous. I would definitely advise people to go elsewhere to purchase. This company doesn't allow you to cancel when you're order is over a month PAST the timeframe they give. They don't own up to their mistakes and try to make it right whatsoever. So I'm out extra money amd they could give a shit less. Angelieek is the only one that seems empathetic with customers. I'm sure I'm spelliing her name incorrectly. But she was super nice, and I appreciated all her help! read more

First off this company is part of a group of companies offering different metal products but all the same people with unfortunately poor customer service skills and poor business acumen. Please, Please, Please do not buy anything from these crooks, I ordered an $1800 horse shade to be told a month later, which by the way I had to call to find out that supposedly their credit card processing company would not release the 1800 dollars that I paid to them, and that I had to now contact my credit card company to dispute the charges in order for me to get my money back, first of all its these idiots responsibility to make sure this doesn't happen to their customers but honestly I don't believe them for one second, I truly believe these scam artists are pocketing the money for themselves and also I was told by Ashley that she would be sending me a document to send to my credit card company to help with getting my money back but some how she never sent the document and now they will not answer my calls or return my calls.....how convenient. Again please do not let this happen to you, do not order anything from these crooks! read more

Have checked four times on my order. Each time I am told it will be that week on Wednesday then the next week It will be Thursday or Friday and so on and so on. They cashed my check right away and said there are no refunds when I desired to cancel the order. I have had to reschedule two men who are busy three times on the installation. I am boarding a surrogate mare at $30/day. There are so many people out of jobs right now that labor should not be the issue. I have been very nice every time I have called until today when I ended up raising my voice asking for names and saying I want to cancel the order because you have not lived up to the agreement on delivery. They recited that they do not have an agreement on delivery dates only estimates. I told them I have been given three different estimates none of which you have lived up to. So you have one very unhappy customer and I can see now while you are a two-star business. I will never give any of my horse friends a positive reference on cactus corrals. I must say the staff is very friendly as they lie to you. read more

SCAM! BUYER BE WARE!! Terrible experience. It has been over a month since I placed my almost $8,000.00 order and I have still not received it. The staff is rude, uninformed, and unprofessional. I still can't get a call or email back from them; this podunk business took my money and ran. Rarin to Go Corrals has been a pleasure to work with. Ordered $3K worth of horse shelters and other items. Waited a month to get my order. The day before delivery I called them to confirm. Was told order was complete and ready for delivery the next morning. Two hours later get another call that their truck delivering "some materials" was delayed so they couldn't complete my order and deliver on the date they picked over a month ago. Was told they would deliver the next day. We will see if they actually deliver tomorrow. Not happy with the misleading information. Very poor communication due to their issue. 8 May: So it's 2pm the day before the second scheduled delivery date. I just tried calling and was told my sales rep was not available to speak with me. The receptionist took my info and told me I could visit their website for product and pricing info even though I told her I was calling about an order I already placed. 9 May Update: My sales rep never bothered to call me back. He didn't bother to respond to my emails either requesting delivery confirmation. The driver finally called last night to inform me of delivery. The company sent one diver from CA with four deliveries in the Las Vegas and north Salt Lake City area. I was charged $295 delivery and was told the night before that I needed to have at least three helpers to offload my items when the sales rep told me one person would suffice. My items arrived this morning and we offloaded everything while the driver stood on the truck and slid things down for us to catch. One piece was dented when it came off the truck but they don't return calls or answer emails so I'm probably out of luck with that. Driver was very nice but seemed overwhelmed and overworked. Items do not come with assembly instructions. 10 May: I have called and sent 3 email to Josh who was my sales rep. He does not respond. I have no assembly instructions and the roof for the hay shed does not fit properly...not properly sized or squared. Very disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of communication on their end. I would NEVER buy from them again based on my experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND them! read more

This company was horrible to deal with. Not only was our shipment delayed twice but our shelter came with no sort of indication how to assemble. Being a disabled vet, we require outside help as I cannot assist in assembling it so we wound up losing out on the help we had already set up. Upon delivery we were told to look at the picture of it and pretty much figure it out from there. When we called, the lady we spoke with was very short and curt- not at all what one would expect for customer service. We got more of an "I don't care, not my problem" attitude. She had said she sent an email with diagrams and such which we never received. We did ask for the email to be sent again, we shall see if we get one this time. All in all, I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone and will in fact warn against doing any sort of business with them. read more

Worst Experience Ever.....called to place a very large (7k) order. I was told everything except 3 items were in stock and that the order would ship in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later they finally called to schedule the delivery, then they called 3 days later to reschedule. 1 week later, the day before delivery they asked to reschedule again... I asked them to refund my money and 20 minutes later Kaitlin called to say the order will be there tomorrow as scheduled. When the delivery arrived, it arrived missing 8 items....here I am today, 4 weeks after their delivery, still waiting for my refund on the items they did not deliver. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE. We ordered corrals and we were told we would get a 4 hour window of delivery. I arraigned to have additional staff on the day of delivery, to be told after our delivery time that when they loaded the truck they did not have room for our order and it was not coming. That was disappointing due to the additional staff that came in and the money wasted in wages waiting for a delivery not to come. Then I was told that they would come the next day. When we called to ask if we could move to Saturday I was told that there would be an additional fee for the change...Since they missed THEIR delivery day and I am trying to reschedule? WHAT? The receptionist on the phone was brusque and fairly rude. We will not be doing business with them again. We will be going back to the professionals. Two stars is most likely two to many! read more

I have dealt with these guys several times in the last 3 years and have always been happy and impressed with their service and product. Very poor customer service. Had an item advertised for one price and when I contacted them about it they told me the price was considerably higher.
