The indoor range equipment worked, there's functional restrooms and friendly staff. I've dealt with a few of the staff and cannot remember the first contact name I had, however most recently I dealt with Bill and he's a pretty good guy. He assisted with a gun buy, and one of the high points is that he's knowledgeable with experience as well; but it's nice that you can speak strictly business with him or get off on a random subject, if you're so inclined. Even the pistol course did not follow COVID-19 mandates. When I called to cancel my membership I was told by Bill (no mask) that he and his wife had contracted COVID-19 and could no longer get it. He also could drive across town to the west range to cancel my membership because they did wear masks. I did go to the west range and that was true their employees were wearing face coverings, however 2 of their customers were wearing them on their chins.------they teach and preach gun safety but don't believe in science!!!! They did not refund my money so they don't believe in honesty and fairness with their customers------STAY AWAY----DANGEROUS BUSINESS
