They've got a lot of weights and plenty of machines to work on. Plus, there's an exercise room if you want to stretch or workout in a separate area. There's a lot of fit people who work out here which can be intimidating for newcomers (like myself once), but after pushing yourself to go, you'll find that people here want to encourage you to keep pushing yourself to meet your goals. Best gym I've ever been to. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Ok, so I received a tour today and this is what I summed up,…read more Pros: pretty large cardio room with plenty of machines, I think even during peak hours, you could hop on a machine of your choice. Large weight room as well with a pretty wide variety of different types of machines, and free weights. They have a little section for Olympic lifts as well, i.e. cleans, deadlifts. Machines look like they're from this decade (appear newer). $10/ month after a $60 joining fee, free coffee. A huge plus was the size of both cardio and weight room, I don't like for a gym to be too intimate and personal. I enjoy my space. Restrooms are large and free toiletries. 24/7 starting Mon@5a.m. - Fri@10p.m. Cons: Being on JFK Blvd, a busy street, I could definitely see it still becoming very busy during peak hours. Shared parking lot, which could potentially be a parking problem, not 24/7 all week long: 8a.m.-8p.m. sat&sun. Other than that, decent gym for a decent price. I'm going to join this gym. Will update post.

Security cameras and a panic button. 35% discount for military and first responders which is about $20/month. Cons: It's a little too small for my taste, makes it where it's a little too intimate. I like a more spacious weight room. I could see where it would get really crowded, really fast. The machines (weight & cardio) look a little outdated. They don't appear to have as many features as some of the bigger gym machines have. Appear as though they're from the 80s ,90s time range. I'm sure they do the job, but they're definitely nothing fancy. Bathroom is crazy small: 1 stall, 1 urinal, 2 showers, 1 sink. That's it for the men's room. Gym isn't always staffed. In all, it's a gym. Decently priced for military and first responders but if you're just an average Joe, I'd maybe look for a better, up to date gym.
