Since they are bankrupt, they claim they do not…read morehave enough personnel to read electric meters each month, so you may, unknowingly, be receiving "estimates" each month, until one day, they do read your meter and send you an outrageous bill (mine went from approximately $38 per month, to over $4,000) from one month to the next because of an "adjustment" they made after reading the meter. Then, you MUST go personally to their offices to inquire/protest, only to be forced into entering a payment plan with them AFTER you pay down 50% of what you "now owe". AND, they have the NERVE to charge 8% interest on what you are left owing after the 50% payment. It's almost violent the way the people in Puerto Rico are treated by this entity! There should be a class action against them.

Next day they pick up the container and ship to where ever you need it. Moving nationally or over seas is a very big expense, so using u pack saved us a bunch of money. There app of following your stuff was not accurate I'm not sure if it's because it's was coming from P.R. however once it hit florida port Florida port didn't want to release my items and ABF couldn't give me a reason cause that's how they contract with Florida Port. All my furniture and items were recieved the same way I packed them!! Oh must not forget I brought locks and one of the holes to put my locks in were not the same size as the other lock so one locked fit perfectly and the other lock went in half way.
