They also have a repair service and will come out to any appliance whether purchased from them or not, or will take in small appliances to be repaired. The staff are extremely helpful and know their stuff, if they haven't got an item they will go out of their way to either find one, or find a suitable alternative.

(yes that is a technical word) My mum has used them and they even came out to the house to see if they could track down the problem without having to replace her modem. The shop only looks basic, but they don't charge fancy prices. Great service and I would recommend them.
