It makes a change for people to turn up on time and without prompt. I bought a new carpet for my stairs and it was all done and dusted within a week. The biggest plus I found with them is that whatever is left from the carpet that you buy they leave with you for if you need it in future, most places would take it and sell it on as an offcut.
