Phil in his laid back, extremely knowledgeable manner, patiently explained the entire process of purchasing a Tuft Shed from the history to the warranty. Life happened and we had to put our purchase on hold, but Phil gently reached out to us and respected the timelines we gave him. Phil called and invited us to stop in to see him at the local home show, which is when we purchased our shed. We are extremely grateful to Phil for his product knowledge and his customer service in helping our family purchase the correct shed. We bought a 10X12 shed, which was built on my property with no issues from the contractor. However, a couple of the boards were cut show and we are waiting for those to be install. We actually just used our shed on this past Sunday and saw a bit of sunlight through one of the boards, which I will notify Phil of this week. Other than that, we are pleased and it is definitely meeting our needs. Overall, this has been a great experience and Good Product, recommend to anyone needing a quality shed.
