And just now, I found out the electric work wasn't done properly so I need an electrician to fix the work. Our oven is connected to gfi and constantly trips the gfi; it is not supposed to be on a gfi. What a sham of a business.

At that point, they knew how to treat me "well" as I was spending my money, however when I had to replace one of faucet, which was covered under Kohler warranty, I didn't get anything else but attitude. The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.

One of the worst install and customer service I've ever experienced. It started when Frank measured…read morepart of the counter template incorrectly and had to re cut the entire piece over. When he did this, he didn't care to match up the veining for a nice transition on both the left and right side. So that resulted in the center piece looking like a completely different slab because the color was not matched and transitioned properly. In addition to this, the seams are terrible. The epoxy is thick and looks like it's cracking and the seams are not smooth at all and look completely uneven. When I called to discuss it, Frank and his wife Trish just kept telling me it looks fine. At this point, I didn't want to go through ripping it all out, so settled for them to come and at least fix the seams. After chasing Frank and Trish down for 3 weeks, no call back, I finally got in touch and was quickly rushed off the phone. Finally they came to fix the seams, and it looks just as bad as it did. Absolutely no follow up call afterwards, no check, nothing, from Frank or Trish. I then decided to get a second and third opinion, who BOTH said immediately the same thing- the veining was not matched properly, the seams were not color matched properly, and they didn't polish and/or buff out correctly either. I hope this post helps to pick a different stone company for your project! $10,000 for terrible craftsmanship and even worse customer service.

After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work!
