Trained in Europe, (Italy), she saw immediately what needed to be done to make the cut work. She cut the hair when it was dried and started shaping and adding layers. She really took her time to make sure the cut was perfect before styling it, then used a blow drying and flat iron to finish. I had a gala that evening...I was ready to go!

I wanted blonde and told her not platinum but she decided to make it dark blonde, mind you i showed her a picture of what i wanted. i am entirely disappointed. Again i don't see how i paid 300 for this. I am so sad i even cried. i hate it mind you i have to live with this. Don't think anyone should pay that price especially when they don't like the results and i told her that i didn't like the color. Nothing i could do. Being haggled for $80 mid-service in front of other clients and staff because of your own booking error was humiliating. A professional business honors the price they quoted in writing ($15) and fixes their website/internal communication later. Instead, you chose to corner a client and then lash out when held accountable for your quote.
