He proves that a doctor's visit doesn't need to be hours long to be thorough, thoughtful, detailed, effective, and--most importantly--to make you feel genuinely seen and heard. He is incredibly prompt and respectful of your time, while somehow never making the appointment feel rushed. He's kind, funny, caring, attentive, and has a way of immediately putting your mind at ease. I left feeling completely confident that my health is in very good hands. I'm newly postpartum, and he has been wonderful in helping me navigate the reins of this new chapter and come up with a plan for a truly healthy future so I can be my best self for my baby. He was incredibly thorough, provided me with excellent referrals, and made the entire process so seamless. I was able to have my labs done immediately after my appointment, received the results that same day, and he had already reviewed and addressed them with me. That kind of attentiveness and follow-through is so appreciated and, unfortunately, not something you find everywhere. He even went the extra mile discussing medication options and copays with me, actively trying to find the most affordable choices--definitely not something most PCPs go out of their way to do. Dr. Thomassian is the epitome of a doctor who genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about helping people. My husband and I both agree that we'll proudly and gladly keep him as our PCP until we're old and gray. Sorry, Dr. Thomassian--you're stuck with us for life! Couldn't recommend him more highly. Also, the staff was really great and super welcoming. I felt right at home from the first second I joined the clinic. Thanks for everything!

I've never felt rushed, and he's always been thoughtful about ordering tests and following up when needed. I've seen some negative reviews about the office staff, but that hasn't been my experience at all. Anytime I've interacted with them, they've been kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I have to give an update for this review. Unfortunately I didn't get the results I was hoping for…read more I'll start by saying Dr Sayana is an extremely intelligent woman, and she was overall very enjoyable to work with, excellent listener and very patient. So this review has nothing to do with her manners, just the fact that I got so little results for the crazy cost. I don't think she is the best fit for patients with digestion issues because there were some basic things that were missed. However, she knows everything about hormones you can so she gave me some solid advice in this regard. So even though I didn't make much progress and I have to be honest it wasn't the best use of my money, I feel it would be unfair to rate her low because I still learned a lot. I think if you have hormone issues/going through menopause and can afford this then you will get great results otherwise I would stick to more pay per visit doctors. Even Dr Sayana herself extended my program for free when I wasn't getting results so she really cares about her patients, I just think there are better options if you have chronic complex health issues. This is a better fit for basic problems like PCOS, if you have the money for concierge, I think you will have good results.

Informative, easy to work with and friendly. I was there because I was feeling terrible in my body and he put me at ease with the intake. Then Dr. Maria Sabau is, without any doubt, the BEST Doctor I've ever experienced. She came in friendly but firm, gave me the usual doctor convo but what made her stand out was how curious she was about me, my symptoms, and what lead to me getting there. Look, often with doctors I feel like they're barely listening and just trying to keep moving while subsiding my symptoms. Ok I get it, you're busy. But I'm a human being in pain. Maria, met me where I was. She told me the goods and bads and her directions were easy to follow. She even said "after a few days, call back in an let me know how this works for you". Wow. I'm really and truly lucky to have went in there. And thanks to her I am feeling much better now. Thanks to Mehki and Maria !

I was up super early and I decided to hop online to see when they opened. I saw you could book online. I went and made an appointment for 820am. Nowhere did it say it was reserved for new patients. I get there at 8:12. Check in for my appointment and I'm informed that they don't take appointments. And said it was only reserved for new patients. I filled out the paperwork and double checked online and went ahead and showed the front desk staff that it literally has nowhere on the website that it says it's reserved for new patients. She basically told me they've been asking them to change it for a long time and offered nothing else. She did not offer to honor the appointment. She did not offer to honor the timeframe. I sat there because there were only two patients ahead of me, but the second patient was called in at 8:40 and I had to leave to go to work. Not sure how the change is so drastic, but they are nothing like they used to be.

You walk up, call a phone number on the door and tell them you're there for a Covid test. Someone brings you out a clipboard which you fill out. You wait 20-30 minutes in line outside, get your nose swabbed, then get the PCR results within about 24 hours. The first time I got a PCR test, I didn't get the result emailed to me in 24 hours and when I called, it sounded like the lab was running behind, but they got it to me in about 28 hours. He has consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism, especially in the context of workers' compensation, where communication and timely action are critical. I've been under Dr. Daldalyan's care for a serious occupational injury. Over the course of a couple of years, I've had numerous interactions with him, all bearing their own complications. Every time I made a request--whether by email or phone--for medically necessary documents or updates, he either ignored me or provided no response at all. After multiple attempts to get a return-to-work note, his eventual response was a flat-out refusal to help, with no explanation, despite having been my treating physician during the entire period. Due to his unresponsiveness and refusal to act, I lost sleep, couldn't return to work, and was left in limbo during a vulnerable time. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-off situation--his lack of action has been a repeated problem throughout my workers' compensation process. Thoughtfully worded requests have been met with silence. Thankfully, I was able to reach out to the physician from Del Carmen Medical Center who took the time to personally provide the assistance I needed. Dr Petrushka showed more concern in 10 minutes than Dr. Daldalyan has in two years. If you're an injured worker who needs timely medical documentation or expects basic professionalism, look elsewhere. Dr. Daldalyan seems more focused on billing the system than actually treating his patients. During my workers' comp claim, when I needed a return-to-work note, Dr. Daldalyan completely dropped the ball. After nearly 3 weeks of trying to reach him, I finally had a rushed 2-minute telehealth appointment where he barely let me speak, brushed me off, and told me to contact the front desk for the note. However, when I did, the front office staff didn't know what he was talking about and refused to issue the note without "doctor confirmation." I followed all proper protocols, remained polite, and even offered to pay extra to resolve the issue. Instead, I was accused of asking for something illegal--something I never did--and hit with a $150 bill for that 2-minute call that provided no medical service. Despite him having routinely issued similar notes in the past, he refused to provide a basic note for my coverage period. I was forced to find another doctor last-minute, who gave me a note but couldn't assign restrictions since I wasn't under their long-term care. This left me returning to work without the necessary protections, all due to Dr. Daldalyan's failure to uphold his duties. If you're an injured worker--or just someone who expects basic human decency from a doctor--do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You deserve better than this.
