In hindsight, that decision quickly backfired, and I now regret not choosing ECTR from the start. When my trailer needed extensive work, including some last-minute repairs and shotty brake/accent light customizations, I ended up searching for a reliable local option to figure it out the correct way! I'm so glad I eventually found them!!! Justin, Kari and their team took excellent care of me and had everything dialed in in no time. Their professionalism, expertise, and quick turnaround exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality work on their trailer.

They charged me $521 to replace the driver side hub. I leave from their shop and park it in my garage. I leave for a trip tomorrow and as I pull it out to get ready, the wheel is making noise. Thank god I noticed the noise. As I jack up the trailer the whole damn thing they supposedly repaired came out. Just look at the pictures!! How would they even re-repair this if the trailer is out of commission?? Should I even trust them to re-repair it?? Update: after a few emails and phone calls they sent the technicians over who forgot the cotter pin which caused the hub to come loose. They brought new hubs and replaced it in my garage, promptly. They apologized for the mistake and made sure to not repeat it again.

He responded quickly, came out right away, and was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the start. Instead of just patching up the bunk, he designed a stronger solution than the original construction, and better than what had been proposed by the RV service center. He installed heavy-duty hinges and wood framing/reinforcement... the bunk is so much sturdier and safer than it was when new. He also installed a camera system and replaced all my locks. Every part of the work was done with attention to detail. He made sure everything functioned properly and that I was happy with how it all turned out. It's clear right away when speaking with Kaegan that he has deep knowledge of RV systems and repairs. As I brought up other concerns, he was able to explain how he would approach things and clearly has broad expertise across electrical, plumbing, appliances, structural repairs, general upgrades...you name it. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your RV, look no further. I will absolutely be calling again for any future repairs or upgrades.

Tech Kaegan showed up on time and diagnosed a complicated plumbing issue involving several components. He switched out a defective fill tank valve that required taking apart the wall of the wet bay, something I would not have felt comfortable doing. I appreciated him showing me the defective part before replacing it, always a good move from a tech. Then he tuned the water pump to a new accumulator tank and synched them perfectly. I'm now into week 3 of a 3 month trip and the plumbing system is working great. If I need a repair in the future, I know who to call. Nice to find someone who I can trust

We Made it to Montana!!!…read more I can't say enough good things about Henry's Trailers. The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They replaced my axles, got everything taken care of quickly, and gave me confidence that the trailer was ready for a long trip. We successfully made it all the way to Montana and back down the west coast, 4300 miles without a single issue. Holly was amazing throughout the process, and the entire team was accommodating, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. The fact that they're so busy is a testament to the quality of their reputation and workmanship. If you need trailer service, repairs, or axle work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry's Trailers. They turned a potential trip-ending disaster into a great family vacation.

Terrible experience -- This company will scam you! We would…read morenever recommend this business. We had an extremely disappointing experience here and feel that we were misled and overcharged. The communication and handling of the situation were unacceptable, and we did not feel that the business was transparent about the difference between the "estimate" when we dropped off the trailer and the final charges ( presented at pick up). They performed additional work that was not in the estimate. We were never asked to approve nor did we approve of any additional work ( over the 2 week span the trailer was there when we were told it would take 1 week ) to the tune of over $500! Also, luckily we noticed when leaving that one of the tires on the trailer was the OLD one. We paid for 4 new tires and only had 3 put in it. So they then had to exchange the old tire we came in on with one we were charged for. Not only were they unprofessional in the communication and business transactions in general, the employees were unapologetic and actually complained that it was closing time ( that's when they told us to pick it up) , so we could just pay for it or they could put it right back in the garage and lock it up. Completely unprofessional behavior! I went back and read to FINE print where they say they will do any changes they feel necessary while doing the inspection and then you are responsible for the cost ! Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company for any repairs !

I've had my camper van for about 2 years and have had the hardest time finding a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy service center. I was totally convinced that there were just no good options in the San Diego area. But then I found San Diego RV Center!!! They are literally everything I was looking for. They provide every kind of RV service I could imagine, even exterior body/paint work. I was working directly with the manufacturer on a myriad of warrantee items, and SD RV Center was able to step right in seamlessly. They maintained excellent communications with both me and the manufacturer throughout the repair, they were able to successfully troubleshoot difficulties which arose in the process, they took great care of my coach when it was in their possession, and they did the repairs much more quickly than other places I had previously gone. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, skilled in their craftsmanship, absolutely fair in their pricing and proficient in their field. While they are located near Alpine (and I live near the coast), they are situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I will happily drive out to their location for the exceptional service, great staff and reasonable pricing.
