After being seated for 15 min we had to ask someone to simply give us a menu. We ordered food, juice and 2 Ayrans. Juice came after 20 min and Ayrans never came. The "special bread" which was Advertised As Their specialty never came. We told them multiple times about it but they ignored us by deceivingly saying that "It is coming" or avoiding our table. The 2 kebabs eventually came after 40 minutes. Then one of the servers accidentally gave our 2 other dishes (2 PIDE) to another table. The people on that table ate and touched the pide. After 5 minutes the waiter realized they made a mistake. Instead of giving us a full fresh new Pide they moved the eaten Pide from the wrong table (that was already eaten from) to ours. Everything happened in front of us and they thought we were not paying attention. We confronted them that we don't want it because those people have already eaten it. Yet, they ended up serving us the same exact thing by making a fool out of us. They pretended to take a fresh one out of the oven but it was the exact same one. When confronted, the owner walked away from us, with no apologies. We saw them give that same long "special" bread to another group who came after us (who were also more white appearing).
