From concept design thru implementation to completion it all came together beautifully. The attention to detail of plant location, irrigation & drainage needs was far more than I expected. The entire project was completed on time & on budget. We could not be happier and give them our highest recommendation!

After I contacted the owner and spoke with Sharon, they took full responsibility and redid the entire fence from the ground up. The new build is exactly what we were hoping for: high-quality materials, solid craftsmanship, and a beautiful finished product that really elevates our property. Custom work doesn't always go perfectly the first time, but what matters is how a company responds--and they absolutely stood behind their work and made it right. That level of integrity and follow-through is hard to find. I would confidently recommend them based on the final result and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Even before construction began, their back office called just to welcome us to the family and ensure we had everything we needed. What really made the experience for us was how the project managers Adaya and Roni were both incredibly warm, personable, and genuinely great people to work with. When Adaya (who sold us the job) had to go out of town, the transition to Roni was completely seamless while Adaya still stayed in the loop remotely. It proved how stellar the whole team really is. The crew finished the work in just a few quick days and was so helpful. They were also deeply respectful regarding noise and clean-up, which we really appreciated with a newborn at home. We'll absolutely use them again!

A plainly sexist implication. I don't know what kind of customer Designs 4 You is used to dealing with, but I would never agree to purchase something as large as a $230,000 addition based on a quick iPad sales pitch. These decisions are made carefully with one's family, not something to be pressured into. In the future, listen to your potential customers' price concerns, hear their needs (yes, price-per-square-foot is indeed important), and do not comment on their marriage.

It wasn't a complex job, but the the site was a giant mess, with a lot of overgrowth and debris. Michael's bid was well within my budget, and he was able to schedule the job for a time that was convenient for me. He also offered clear explanations about why the work would best be done a certain way. When it came to the work itself, his crew was outstanding. They arrived on time, kept on schedule, and cleaned up the site at the end of every work day. I have never seen such an organized, well managed job site. They were truly exemplary in all respects, but especially in regards to the quality of their work. When it comes time to replace my fence, my patio cover, or my driveway, I will definitely call Michael.

We had an excellent experience with Pacific Landscaping and Maintenance from beginning to end…read more Michael arrived on time for our initial appointment, and his estimate was the most competitive we received without cutting any corners. In fact, his proposal included everything needed to properly prepare and establish a healthy lawn, while other estimates we received were significantly more expensive and included less. Michael recommended St. Augustine grass because we have a large dog, and within a week, his team was ready to start the project. He explained the entire process ahead of time and gave me detailed guidance about the watering schedule, mowing schedule, and recommended equipment for maintaining the new lawn. The crew was amazing--efficient, professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. Carlos, the crew lead, was especially impressive. He is calm, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. He listened carefully to every concern I had and made sure everything was addressed properly. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and they even installed a fence that we provided to protect the new lawn from foot traffic and our dog while it gets established. The finished lawn looks absolutely beautiful. The new sprinkler system is quiet, efficient, and works perfectly. They used new, quality materials and clearly did not cut corners anywhere in the project. After comparing several companies and estimates, I am very happy that we chose Pacific Landscaping and Maintenance. We received a better, more complete project at a very competitive price. Michael, Carlos, and the entire crew exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them!

After seeing an ad on Instagram, I decided to reach out to New Age Design & Build for a quote, along with a few other companies. Their quote was very competitive, and they were able to start the project quickly, which was important to us because we wanted to enjoy the pool during the summer. From start to finish, the entire project took only 10 days. Yotam was our project manager, and he did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. He checked in with me daily to explain what work was being done, answer questions, and offer suggestions for design improvements and additional repairs. We ended up taking several of his recommendations and are very happy with the results. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work, communication, and how efficiently the project was completed. The only concern I had was with some exposed rebar in the hot tub that, in my opinion, should have been replaced rather than patched over. NADB assured me that this would not cause any issues and explained that this approach helped keep costs down. While I was initially hesitant, I appreciated their transparency and honesty. We are very happy with our renovated pool and would recommend New Age Design & Build to anyone looking for pool repairs or remodeling.

We are so happy we were given Steve Letz' name and that we worked with him to develop our plans. We needed to have most of the hardscape redone (all new front walkways, driveway, back patio, flagstones, raised beds, trellises, and modification of a pony wall), along with almost all new plant installation, new irrigation, drainage, etc. Working with Steve was a very interactive process, with him listening to what we were thinking, and then sharing his thoughts on how to best accomplish our objectives. Steve gave us options for both hardscape (layout, materials, colors, etc.) and for plants. Once the plans were finalized, he provided suggestions for contractors (we would also highly recommend the contractor we worked with, Tim Vu of Springview Landscape). During the installation, Steve regularly visited, was always available to help when questions arose, confirmed plant placement, etc. In addition to being a very knowledgeable, talented landscape designer, Steve is a great person and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs help with landscape design. If you are considering working with Steve and would like to talk or see what we have done, please ask Steve to connect us.

They did seriously beautiful work on everything - this is old-school quality craftsmanship, they did careful and meticulous work from start to finish. Dor managed our project and he was incredibly professional, respectful, and kept me updated regularly. This project with Lusso Design was easily the best experience I've had with a contractor - yes, it can be a positive experience! Their bid came in higher than their competitors, but in my experience you get what you pay for... the quality of their work and their professionalism were worth that price. We are very happy with everything they did for us. When we have another project in the future, Lusso Design and Build will be the first call.

The marble, gold accents, and Kohler fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and give the space such an elevated, timeless feel. Eddie was our foreman and was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. Same goes for the entire crew who worked so hard, showing up on time Monday through Saturday, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished result. They will never move onto the next step before consulting with me on placement and how I liked it. I was extremely happy that I did not need to micro-manage since I know that I am very particular and attentive to design and details. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every little corner and finish was done so carefully. Dor (project manager) and Avi (owner) were also AMAZING to work with. From the start, Dor never pressured us into signing any contracts right away, adding things that didn't make sense, nor did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time. Prior to getting a quote from Lusso, another company gave a whole spiel about them losing money every time they went out to quote a potential client. Then they said that if they left our house without us signing a contract then we wouldn't get any discount. Not only did it make us feel really uncomfortable and horrible but their prices were ridiculous compared to Lusso. No matter what time of day it was, Dor & Avi responded right away. They are great communicators and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always checking in without ever pressuring us into anything. We felt comfortable the entire way through, and that meant so much. The only regret that I had was not doing this sooner since I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester. We're beyond happy that they finished so quick with 2 months to spare before our baby comes so that we can truly enjoy our dual shower. We love how everything turned out and so grateful to the whole team for making our dream bathroom come true. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality, honesty, and a truly beautiful result!

Second, his pricing was very reasonable compared to the other estimates we received. The entire project was completed in just two days.
