I can see how some would give this place 5 stars depending on which nail tech they get. I…read moreunfortunately keep getting the same older woman with short hair. She is incredibly rude. Each time, she has made me feel like my very basic nails are such a burden on her. She sighs frequently and will rush through the process. She rushed me while picking out a color (because they were out of my first three color choices so she was getting annoyed). When you walk in, there is no customer service etiquette. They all just stare at you blankly until you initiate conversation, then they sigh and act like they are burdened you arrived. Unfortunately this is one of the only places in town so I will try again but will request a different tech.
