It's a hit and miss kind of taste. If you're lazy to cook, this is a good option especially if you're just around the area.

Such a beautiful restaurant, tropical decor, lots of seating. We went on a Monday, so only speaking…read moreto a weekday lunch time. There were about 5 other tables. We waited about 20-25 mins to get our order. It was a longer than usual wait but we didn't mind because our food was fresh and delicious. Food is a little pricey but we think it's worth it. We ordered deep fried pork hock, which was delicious. Portion is smaller compared to comparator Filipino restaurants but nonetheless it is packed with flavour. I am not a huge fan of the sauces that accompany the dish. The beef in peanut sauce was delicious! It's rich, creamy and a generous portion. Anything that's tossed in a rich peanut sauce really gets my tastebud dancing! We ordered 2 bowls of rice, I didn't appreciate $9 for 2 bowls of rice but oh well.... Excellent service, the lovely guy with the long hair was friendly and welcoming. He answered all our questions and was very polite. We paid $80 for 2 dishes, rice and a 15% tip. We'd like to try their buffet so will need to plan for that sometime this year, hopefully.

Food wise, it was ok. There are other Filipino restaurants that serve better tasting food and more…read morememorable. The buffet was reasonably priced so we'll likely come back to try other dishes. The halo-halo we ordered was from their ala carte menu, so we paid for this separately. What really stood out at this restaurant is the service because the servers were attentive and fun to be around during the live music performance. They have a band on the weekends which adds to the ambiance of this place. Definitely come here if you want to have a great time!

It was my first time coming to Epic Grill Silogs and it certainly won't be my last! I was with…read morethree other girlfriends. We are all Canadian but of different cultural descents: 1 Jamaican Chinese; 1 Korean; 1 German, 1 Austrian, and I am Filipino. We ALL loved it! We tried at least 6 different silogs and 3 different desserts! The garlic rice with the over-easy and sunny side up eggs that paired with the Tapsilog (beef); Pusilog (squid); Longsilog (their skinless sausage); Bangsilog (milkfish); Lechon silog (crispy pork); Tocsilog (tocino) was absolutely phenomenal!!! And the dessert: Sans Rival; Ube Ice cream with Buko Pandan; Chocolate Flan Cake with caramel/toffee on top -- WHOA!!! The gf who suggested we all go there ordered a calamansi juice and asked for it with sago and I had to have one too -- it was a wonderful invention! So I aim to go back there again and feast on more of their delicious food! But as with anything Filipino, the service was incredibly accommodating and friendly but at Epic it was just MORE SO!!! Try this place and you will definitely be satisfied!!!

We were craving for some Filipino food after going for a run this morning. This place settled that…read moredesire. Silog from my understanding, is a Filipino breakfast dish. You have garlic rice with fried egg, and then whatever type of protein you want with it. They have close to 20 different types of proteins you can choose from. All of which is in a combo format The service is fast. but the actual restaurant is small. If you get a couple groups of six in, they can run out table space. Personally, I like adding some vinegar with the protein. Parking can be a little challenging because, as far as the dental street parking, but so far in our experience, it's been fine. But we've also always gone on the weekend morning.
