If you blink, you will miss it! On a neighborhood street, in a little casita overlooking the baseball fields we had AMAZING puposas prepared perfectly and served with the perfect (and required) red sauce and slaw. You eat on the simple patio, using paper plates and plastic forks, no frills but your tastebuds will thank you!!! A quick detour to have a perfect lunch or dinner on the way to San Diego, before you have to pay for parking and overpriced food!!! read more

The pupusa with cheese was very delicious, it comes with a jalapeño cold slaw. The lady was very nice and the prices are good. I had to wait for about 15 minutes but they are made to order. read more
