Walked in on my day off with a car that had been making a loud noise for over a week. Did not…read morerealize this was a body shop and not a general mechanic garage. I was about to walk away when the owner, Francis, took one of his guys off a job to get into my car and drive around the block with me to listen to what might be the cause. I had told Francis the noise was so loud that my daughter was embarrassed to drive in our car. When he heard I had a child he didn't feel good sending me away in the event it was a question of safety. We returned and his employee proceeded (with a great attitude) to remove a tire to check what he thought might be the issue. When all was done I was very appreciative and wanted to of course pay for the time. Francis told me it was on him and was happy to help. What? Who does that? I left, still a little surprised but definitely pleased with the way I was treated. And I wasn't even a paying customer! I certainly hope that I will not need the services of a body shop in the future but if ever the occasion arises I will definitely visit Francis and his team. Thank you!

I have to say I have had tires changed and oil change done with Junior before, with excellent…read moreservice.. but I do find it difficult that they won't take apt..and that its first come first serve.... read the hours Sunday evening....and said tomorrows hours were tenative, so today Oct. 12th Thanksgiving Monday I was very disappointed..I checked the site...this morning and it said...at 7:30 AM.. will be open shortly.....so I drove over arrived at 8:00 Am and no one to be found..so I waited until 9:15.....Then left to return back home...only to read that they were open from 10:00 - 5:00..I said okay I will drive back over once again and this time, my sister was going to meet up with me I would leave my car, as we had errands to do..but to my double dissapointment...no one was there again, yet I did notice that their reclyling bins had been moved to the end of the road...So now I will make the effort once again to get up early in the morning to make sure I can have my tires changed and the oil....as I do work 8 - 5. However Dave knows very well it's job and the most important is that he finds solutions that are cost effective. He will not change something that doesn't need to be changed and when he does change something he will do it well for a fair price. My A/C stopped working a few months ago so I brought my car to the shop I was used to go. The whole bill for changing everything would have been close to $1000 (probably $1500 at Honda). Upon a good friend recommendation I went to se Dave and je changed a few relays and fixed the A/C compressor without changing it (the part in itself must be close to $500). Total bill was under $200 and it has been working great since. If your budget is more important than the free coffee and glamour you would find in a dealership then I would recommend going to this shop. Appearances are super basic but they are not important for me when I am getting my car repaired as I want the best job for the lowest price. This will be my go to shop from now on.
