They've shared that the portal would be used for updates and correspondence- so through their portal, I received notice that the case had been delayed and a new date was set. I wanted to understand more about the new date proposed, and if there were other dates to consider. I reached back out through the portal for clarification. I appreciated that the assistant followed up with a call regarding my inquiry however, she wasn't able to explain the delay and said she would check with the attorney. I never received a follow up call or correspondence - that was back in July. I recently reached out again through the portal for new updates since it's now September and the case has passed, still waiting for a response. While I understand my case was a minor traffic ticket, I had hoped for clearer communication and the professional courtesy to follow up as a client. This was my first time using their services, and based on my experience, I personally would not return to this office.

My friend told me to hire a traffic clinic, so I found this company on Yelp. I paid $149 service and $149 document fee (total $298) for them to help with my case, and the agreement says that $149 service fee will be refunded if I lose the case. I got my verdict back and I lost the case. However, the court was able to reduce $252 for my fine. When I reach out back to them about my verdict, they said they couldn't refund the service fee because my fine was reduced even though I lost the case. Therefore, I end up paying $532 ($298 for this company + $234 reduced fine) with all these effort, which is higher than my original bail amount. Susie is fast and punctual, but the way how they handle their business is wrong. If you need a traffic clinic, go somewhere else.
