My fiancé and I booked our engagement session expecting a professional, organized experience, especially with the package costing $600. Unfortunately, that was not what we received.
From the start, the shoot felt hurried and uncomfortable. It never felt like there was much effort put into helping us relax, enjoy the moment, or get the best photos possible. Instead, the entire session felt like something she was trying to get through quickly.
The follow-up after the shoot was just as frustrating. We were told our gallery would be delivered in 4-5 weeks. Once that timeline passed with no update, I had to reach out myself to ask where our photos were. Rather than taking accountability or giving a straightforward answer, we were given an excuse, and then still had to wait another week to receive what we paid for.
Once the gallery was finally delivered, the editing felt very generic and rushed. A lot of the photos looked like the same preset or filter had simply been applied across the board instead of being individually edited with care. We are not photographers, but it was obvious enough for both of us to notice.
For the price, the delayed communication, the excuses, the rushed session, and the final product, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business. read more
