CA Consumer Attorney Christopher really helped me out! Seven months after paying off my car, I was…read morestill not able to get the title to my car. I called the title-holding bank, Chase, every day. They kept on lying to me, putting me on hold, and transferring my calls halfway around the third world. I emailed them, called them, and wrote to them via USPS. Out of desperation, I started looking for an attorney and found CA Consumer Attorneys. Christopher handled my case. Once he took charge, I received my title in less than a month, and a few months later, the case was settled to my satisfaction. I did not know that there was a law that says once you pay off your vehicle, the bank has a limited time to give you the title to your car. Chase Bank still lied and tried to make it my fault for moving 2 years ago to a different state. They lied that they were not notified of the move, and it confused them. Little did they know that I kept every correspondence on file. Among them was a payment voucher from the Bank sent to the address they claimed not to know. Keep every receipt, no matter how insignificant, and save Christopher's name in your "rolodex".

I contacted CA Consumer Attorneys a few months ago as I am having trouble with my solar company…read more Christopher Smith was really helpful and kind and for a few weeks we emailed information back and forth-I really don't want to sue, I just want the solar panels removed and this incredibly difficult solar company out of my life. Mr. Smith was advising me and all was going well (I thought) until about a month ago when Mr. Smith simply stopped responding to me. I have emailed and left messages but I can't get anyone to talk to me/call me back. I have no idea why. Congrats to the folks who got good service and a good outcome--I'm generally not the type to leave a review, but I think it's a terrible business practice to just "ghost" someone for no reason, and that a consumer attorney?? I just don't understand. If you don't want to work with me any longer, that's fine-just have the common courtesy to let me know.
