I have not…read morebought a car from you ever that is correct but I did attempt to give you my business based on empty promises by YOU and your dealership. Based on my profile you want to say it seems I'm hard to please?? Hm, odd being I haven't just handed out bad reviews for ZERO reason and majority of my reviews are in favor of the businesses I'm reviewing. If they have a bad review it's due to a legit reason and not just some petty bullshit reason. I don't make up false claims as some do. When I'm told one thing and I have a witness who heard it being said and then I check into it and find it's a lie to simply get my business or get me on your lot for a marketing ploy and a check towards your event and number of ppl to event sales ratio I don't appreciate you trying to waste my time especially when it's over a hour away on a maybe and nothing more than a free hotdog. I know how the game works being I did marketing for many years for Harley and my mother worked a car dealership. There is always a "big sale" but to lie flat to our faces not one person but two ppl and then upset basically cause we done our research before wasting our time and let the Kia dealer know what was said and find out it's only double power train which is every day which we knew but two employees said double rebates and I have zero reason to lie nor my mother and yet you seem upset I shared my legit experience and you want to say it seems "I'm hard to please " which is the furthest from the truth. I don't take liars well and I'm sure plenty others was told this same lie by these two individuals but like I said I won't recommend your dealerships to anyone due to the experience I had. You act like I shouldn't have anything to say simply cause I haven't done "business" with you as you called it. Work on customer service and on being transparent and truthful and maybe you wouldn't get bad reviews. Not mad about the deal not working so let's not try and beat around the bush on the issue here. I'm glad to be honest cause if you lie that easily and then continue to lie on what was said I doubt your cars are worth a damn. Have the day you deserve

I've encountered service and parts multiple times and had issues. The Parts Manager, with the beard, is so rude, other employees even acknowledge it and agree that he is rude...so my question is, why is he still there? Recently when trying to crank my vehicle with my key fob with me, I kept getting an error message saying that the key fob was not in the vehicle. When it finally cranked, using the key fob, I came to the dealership to have the key fob checked. The lady in the parts department (with the hurt foot) advised that the key fob appeared to be fully charged. The Parts Manager came out and was rushing her to finish up so they can attend a Christmas party from 10:30 am - 1 pm that day. The time was around 10:20 am. He rushed to tell me to schedule an appointment with service. He was very rude and I am looking to schedule my appointment and reach out to upper management to discuss this. I was told the owners were up from Charlotte, and that's why the Christmas party had to happen on time. Maybe they need to reevaluate how their management runs this place when they're not throwing parties. So, to wrap it up, to this dealership you're only as important as you want to be before the deal is done. Once you buy and you drive off the lot, you're no longer important. Buy somewhere else where they'll make you feel important all the time, not just when you're looking to initially buy.

I had purchased a jeep many years ago from another Jeep dealer in town and had a miserable experience, so we went to Rubitrux. They are PHENOMENAL! All the guys are knowledgeable and helpful, but I especially love Clinton. He sold us a Gladiator Mohave that had 4000 miles on it for a very reasonable price. Great vehicle with 35" soft rock climbing tires. I bought a second set and had them studded for winter. He found me a used set of wheels for $400! We have a very large dog that goes everywhere with me, and the rear seat wasn't the safest for him. Clinton had 2/3 of the back seat removed and replaced with a locking goose gear. It eliminates the "leg room" space in back which is dangerous for the dog in an accident. Now I have a place in the car to really secure a firearm if I need to, and it's flat - perfect for a dog bed. The original owner tinted the windows really dark. I didn't notice it until the first time I tried to make a turn in the dark - couldn't see anything out the side windows. I took it back and the first guy who looked at it thought it would have to go back to the tinting shop. But one of their mechanics gave it a try and had the tinting off in 20 minutes. I've had the truck for about 2 years and other than modifications, oil changes and inspections, I haven't had to do anything to it. When I've taken it in for routine service, they've always given me a loaner. Even when they are crazy busy, Clinton works me in around my schedule. I spend most of the time alone in the mountains, and I'm 100% confident they will take care of my truck without taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They know Jeeps. Great guys, great company!

While the website inventory listing is very impressive, I was "blown away" when I arrived at the business. The inventory is expansive and exceptional- the Carrera selection is impressive! The sales team was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. The same can be said for the service/transport/detailing teams. The lines of communication and follow up are excellent. After several discussions w the owner he explained his current and future vision of his business, coupled with my dealings with his team, validated my decision to do business w HBI. Additionally, HBI will pick up and service my car. I am extremely happy that I purchased my 991.1 C4S from HBI Auto. You would be remiss if you do not consider HBI Auto when considering to purchase a Porsche or other exotic car. Jan 15, 2026 ...16 Months and 20,000 miles later, combined with my 991.1 C4S service obsession ( (2) oil changes, 60 K Full Service, (2) alignments, Expel Protection), allows me to comment on HBI experiences from multiple perspectives i.e. Sales, Service, Detailing, Transportation. I reside 150 miles from HBI yet they treat me like a local customer. It's comforting to know that if the car should "lay down" HBI is on the way; it's happened to me ! They pick up and return without charge. What Porsche dealer does these things? My initial purchase review of HBI stated " you would be remiss if you don't consider HBI ". Today, I still stand by that review; but, with stronger and positive first hand opinions of the HBI team !

The disclosure stated 23,937 miles, while the vehicle arrived showing 26,378 miles. I contacted the dealership to discuss the discrepancy but we have not been able to resolve the issue so far. Because of this, I submitted complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies for review. I recommend that buyers carefully confirm vehicle details, especially when purchasing remotely.
