Every step--from the initial quote to the final walkthrough--was handled with professionalism and care. Communication with the Project Manager, Juan, was excellent. I felt completely comfortable asking questions throughout the process, and his responses were always clear and timely. It was also a huge relief to have someone coordinating all the scheduling and project details on my behalf. And then... the work itself. WOW. I selected the materials and finishes, but their craftsmanship is what truly brought everything to life. We were planning for him to start work on Monday, June 16 (yesterday). On Thursday evening he reached out that his crew could start the next morning, Friday! What a pleasant surprise. David with Big M did the majority of our work-removed a mantle and built a new one, replaced an exterior door, painted, sanded & painted an exterior door, replaced glass in our garage door-they were willing and able to do a last minute "impromptu" task!
