We were expecting a dog with two blue eyes. We got a dog with one blue eye, and one green eye, besides the point . and she was really quick about collecting the money and all that good stuff however she didn't explain anything to us about the temperament of the dog or making sure the dog was specifically paired with the correct family for the energy levels that this dog Came with she told me that the Bernie's would mellow out the dog however, the dog is a spastic we love her very much. She was actually very aggressive as a puppy, and we were hoping that it would eventually go away with training, but it never went away. She never temperament tested the dog and now we have the Callie at 12 months old and having to rehome her because She's completely insane. I don't know if it's from her poodle mothers or the dogs that she breeds these dogs with I don't know if she's a backyard breeder or what but this is very traumatic for our entire family having to re home home Callie . We spent a lot of money to get her flight nanny, etc. we never expected to have such a nightmare situation in a Dog !!! we were just hoping for a normal dog. I do not trust this lady. I would never recommend by any Puppy from this lady whatsoever And it really saddens me to write to have to do this. She is no help. she has no empathy. She just wants to take your money pup out dogs that's it No temperament testing no papers no nothing . And we asked for the papers and never got them !zero assistance. she is a disgrace for breeders. I do not recommend WillowWay doodles. EVER

Jessica claimed to have left them in her car at the airport when meeting the flight Nanny. When asking about Veterinary info, Jessica is ghosting me. I am not convinced my dog has been to a Vet at all. She gives her own vaccinations-supposedly- but would only supply a photo text of the information. Anyone could fill out a sheet with Vaccination dates. I feel like I was taken by this woman. Yes, she did discount the dog but only to move her because she had another litter due any day. And then told ME how lucky I was that she did that for me. She is lucky I was dumb enough to fall for her sales pitch. Wish I would have looked harder for a respected breeder. She never even asked for my name or any of my information! Does she not care who is getting her dogs? The dog is beautiful, but is she healthy??

Before we found our new family member at Goldendoodles Utah, I did a lot of research on the breed…read moreand then on the breeders. I was quite impressed with the testimonials given about Goldendoodles Utah that I found on the internet. Now I see why I saw so many positive remarks. First, let me say that their professional kennel is quite impressive. The whole family seems to pitch in. (Although mom is the professional Breeder) the facility was immaculate on a huge "doggy farm". You know, like the one you always heard about as a kid, upstate where your beloved pet went to go frolic with other dogs in a wide open doggy paradise....haha. But this one is actually real. They have all their Dams onsite and some if not all the Sires. It's anything but a puppy mill. This is a pro Breeder who is selective in who she sells to. You have to sign a contract, and in that contract you have to promise to never give your dog to a shelter for any reason, but to take them back to GU to be "rehomed". These dogs are the top of the top as far as health, intelligence, physicality and of course care. They see the vet more times before you take them home than most humans see the doctor in 10 years. They get shots, exams, dew claw removal hip assessment, you name it. This dedication to excellence has made her lines absolutely phenomenal. My puppy is incredibly smart. And of course gorgeous! They have you leave them something you have worn with your scent on it at selection day 2 weeks before you pick them up. So they are familiar with you before you get them. The Breeder who has interviewed you to find out what type of dog you are looking for as well as what your lifestyle is, introduces you to pups she thinks would be a great match. She knows their personalities as she socializes them closely before you get there. That requires her to know her pups. Of course you can choose whatever available pup you want to, but the Breeder gives a great recommendation. For us, it was perfection! That is why I am writing this review. I couldn't be more grateful. From the beginning of the process until you are driving home with your new family member, the process at Goldendoodles Utah is about the best one you could hope for. They even send you home with a blanket that mom and sibs slept on so they feel comfortable for the first few nights. It makes a difference. A big one. If you are looking for the best Goldendoodles in Salt Lake City, or even if you are out of state, I couldn't say enough good things about this Goldendoodle family. As you can tell, I tried! Haha

We purchased Theo believing we were buying from a breeder that strongly stood behind the health and genetics of their puppies. One of the main reasons we felt comfortable moving forward was the advertised "2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee," which states coverage for "life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects." Unfortunately, before Theo even reached 2 years old, we began noticing mobility issues and discomfort. After veterinary evaluations, X-rays, and orthopedic review, Theo was diagnosed with bilateral lateral patellar luxation affecting BOTH knees/stifles. His records also documented joint remodeling, instability, and possible cruciate ligament involvement. Surgery was recommended due to the severity of the condition. For anyone unfamiliar with this diagnosis, this is not a minor issue. Theo's kneecaps are not properly staying in place, and the condition affects both legs. We were informed this is often considered a congenital/developmental orthopedic condition and can progressively worsen over time if left untreated. The recommended treatment is corrective surgery on both knees, typically done one leg at a time. The estimated cost for treatment and surgeries is now expected to be roughly $14,000 once both knees, follow-up care, medications, imaging, and recovery are included. When we contacted the breeder and provided all veterinary documentation, X-rays, records, and surgical estimates, we were told the condition was not covered under the health guarantee because the contract only applies to genetic defects that cause "early natural death." What was especially frustrating was that their initial response even referred to Theo's condition as a "hip issue," despite the veterinary records clearly showing this is a bilateral knee/stifle condition. We then pointed out that the wording on their website says the guarantee covers "life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects," which sounded much broader than only conditions leading to death. After carefully reviewing the actual signed contract, we discovered the language in the contract is much narrower than the wording presented on the website. The signed agreement primarily limits coverage to genetic abnormalities expected to shorten life expectancy to less than 5 years. Because Theo's orthopedic condition is considered treatable and not fatal, coverage was denied. To be fair, communication from the breeder remained polite throughout the process. However, as buyers, this experience was heartbreaking and extremely disappointing. When you read phrases like "crippling" or "disabling congenital defects" in a health guarantee, most families reasonably believe serious hereditary orthopedic conditions affecting a young dog would at least receive some level of support or consideration. Instead, we are now facing approximately $14,000 in surgical and medical expenses for a dog that is not even 2 years old. I am sharing this not out of anger, but because I genuinely want future buyers to fully understand what they are signing and what the guarantee may or may not actually cover. Before purchasing, I strongly encourage anyone considering a puppy from this breeder to: carefully review every word of the signed contract, specifically ask whether orthopedic conditions like patellar luxation are covered, ask whether the guarantee includes treatment costs or only replacement/refund remedies, and make sure the website wording matches the actual signed agreement. Theo is a wonderful dog and we love him deeply. We will do everything we can to get him the treatment he needs. But I believe future families deserve complete transparency before making such a major emotional and financial commitment. BTW - same company as My Doodle Crush
