We entered the office and was met by his office staff. When I tell you these three women, which are part of the office staff, made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We chatted and talked for awhile, then saw Stephen. We sat down in his luxurious office and went over the problems we were having. This man is very personable, pleasant and takes his time explaining things and does not try to rush you at all. He took over an hour in explaining, resolving and fixing the problems we were having.
