The dental assistants were courteous and knowledgeable, made the entire process an absolute breeze from welcome to departure. Dr. Chun was the best ever! This highly trained and educated Endodontist/ Dentist literally saved my life. I had a failed root canal for many years which caused a whole cascade of negative health issues. Dr. Chun used an advanced modern intracanal laser technique with bacterial biofilm disruption and removal. He prescribed appropriate antibiotics to treat the infection. His chair side manner was top notch and I appreciated his sense of humor. He truly made a HUGE difference in my life. Many thanks and bravo to the entire team at Apical Endodontics. I went in feeling nervous and simply wanted to know what they were going to do, basically a quick recap and some reassurance. What surprised me was that when I later checked my insurance usage, I saw that they had charged my insurance $135 for that conversation. So, if you're trying to use your insurance benefits carefully, be aware of this and ask about any charges before agreeing to speak with the dentist. Stay away. Total rip-off.
