I have been seeing Dr. Ridgway for the expansion and just had my final reconstruction surgery this month. She has been nothing but amazing throughout the whole process. She is professional, and kind, and so is her staff. I underwent a surgical extraction and bone replacement graft. From the moment I walked in the door, I received pleasant, professional customer service. Even before showing up for my appointment, I experienced excellent planning from the staff with excellent communication by both e-mail and telephone. I was mildly anxious when I arrived, as I am a rather difficult IV start. Everyone who provided my care was kind and compassionate, alleviating my nervousness. The procedure was done flawlessly in no time! The post-operative instructions provided at my discharge are the best I have ever received. Their insurance coordinator did an excellent job of reaching out to my Dental Insurance and getting me pre-approved, with an accurate amount for my co-pay. After my hesitations, I was very pleased by the remarkable experience I had. I did have teeth extracted, bone replacements and prep for an implant. I was very comfortable visiting with both staff and Dr. Jarom Maurer. They are very professional, good at what they do and very fast. I was in an out within an hour.
