We filled like 6 on the top row and then my daughter's father shipped me back to my parents in Florida, before we could fill the bottom row. Keep in mind, I've never had a cavity in my life. They told me it was because of pregnancy. Come to find out, I have 0 cavities on my bottom row. The fillings moos had put in have been falling out, and I went to go get one refilled this morning. They told me that so much of my tooth had been drilled I now require a crown. They have destroyed my mouth. They scammed a young new mother on Medicaid because they could. Now years later I have to pay $1200 to put a crown in on a tooth that didn't even have any cavities to begin with, just got drilled to hell for no reason. Screw this place, the fillings they put in fall out after about a year anyways.

Carolyn was reassuring, & she mentioned that if I needed a crown on another tooth, that it takes just one visit: I found that to be a game-changer for me (after spending multiple visits at another local dental practice over 2 months for ONE crown which failed, resulting in a very expensive root canal from a local endodontist)! I made the appointment, & recall telling Carolyn that it was because of her that I was doing so. I feel very strongly about excellent customer service & found Carolyn to be exceptional. As I told Dr. J. Max Wasserburger about what led me to seek this second opinion from him, I cried. After listening to me, reviewing all my x-rays, & examining my teeth, he reassured me that my teeth were not in the dire condition that I had been led to believe. Dr. Wasserburger is not only an excellent dentist, he's an artist! I asked him if he could use composite to fill in the worn areas on several teeth to protect & restore them before I get aligners or braces. What he did was AMAZING! I never expected to feel MORE confident over having these done, but I do, & his work looks fabulous--completely restored! It has made me feel HAPPY, & that is priceless. I've also had the remaining metal fillings removed & replaced with composite, & it feels so much better: The reason I needed two crowns in the first place was because my metal fillings had caused both of those teeth to crack & age prematurely. My crown experience with Dr. Wasserburger was FUN: The entire procedure for a permanent crown start-to-finish was complete in about 2 hours, & I even got to watch the crown being made! I have had some great dentists over the years, but Dr. Wasserburger is by far the BEST! If you need any kind of dental work, I highly recommend Hays Dental Group: Everyone you meet will make you feel welcome & glad that you're there. So I recently needed to have root canal redone...this tooth had been "fixed" by the another…read morespecialist in town a few years ago and now it is hurting again, I saw Dr. Beebee and he had his assistant do a 3D X-ray and found that the tooth wasn't filled all the way and 1 root hadn't been filled AT ALL! But Dr. Beebee did a great job, he got all of my roots and he got me out of pain! I had to come back for a second appointment but the other guy did it in about an hour and only 1 appointment. Dr Beebee was a little weird but he explained everything to me and answered my questions, and I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable his whole staff was! EVERYONE was very friendly, answered my questions when they could and the guy up front even called me the next day to see how I my tooth was feeling! If you need a root canal this is the place to go...I've been to both root "specialists" in Bozeman and Dr. Beebee is the guy who will actually do a good job!

I had a root canal here, and while the initial treatment seemed fine, I've had ongoing tenderness…read moresince then. After the procedure, my bite was too high, which caused additional discomfort, and I had to wait weeks before a follow-up appointment to have it adjusted. While lowering the filling did help, the tooth is still tender. Scheduling has been very difficult. They only offer late, end-of-day appointments on the last day of their workweek, which often conflict with my availability. This was not for an initial visit, but for a post-treatment issue related to the tooth they treated. Despite that, I had to wait while dealing with ongoing tenderness. If you miss one of those limited slots, you're left waiting even longer. I don't understand why patients with treatment-related issues are not prioritized for earlier follow-up care. What was most frustrating was trying to get an earlier appointment due to these ongoing issues. When I reached out, I was not accommodated, and during one interaction, I was told, "I am a human being, can you be kind?" That response felt dismissive, especially given that I had been dealing with discomfort for MONTHS and was simply asking for timely care. I understand that clinics are busy, but patients experiencing post-treatment complications should be given more flexibility and priority. Better communication and responsiveness would make a significant difference in patient experience.
