I reached out to this law firm which I found in a random google search and to my surprise not only where the staff I encountered professional and polite they took my case as serious as I did. I wasn't made any promises or guarantees which I loved, Brandon Davis was upfront and honest about what he wanted to see in-court(full dismissal) but made real life expectations of what the worst case scenario could look like. I was able to continue my life a normal until my court date and to my surprise I was granted a full dismissal in the end. Thank you for you doing what you do Davis Law Group. At first I thought of just paying it but since it was so unfairly given to me, I then talked to Brandon Davis who allayed my anxiety, helped me walk through the process of fighting the ticket and so on. Mr Davis had my ticket dismissed and so now my record remains clean and pristine like it should be. I am so relieved and happy because it was all so unfair. Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. One of the first things he asked me was what were my "must haves" and then what my "nice to haves" were. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. But all I can say is that in a bad situation... when I was at my life's darkest hour, Joe brought a torch and showed me the way back to the light. It was my first brush with the law. It will be my last, and Joe Fagan is the unsung hero who made a huge difference when others were saying I was essentially screwed. Worth every penny. The practice worked as a team... and Joe is a pleasant man with lots of great stories too. I can't more highly recommend him. :)

I moved and completely forgot about the tickets. When I went to renew my drivers license, Oopsie, I couldn't renew it because my license was suspended. I honest to God didn't care. My husband drove me everywhere. And I was good with not driving. People are crazy drivers these days. Fast forward to April 29, 2022 - my husband passed away from a heart attack. I had to somehow get my drivers license back. I called Drivers defense and was very pleasantly surprised that they actually took my phone call and they received my drivers abstract for me. They then asked me if I wanted them to defend me in my ticket case and I said what the heck why not. My tickets were so old that they did not exist anymore. No one could find my tickets. Drivers defense explained to the judge my situation, and the judge dismissed my case. It isn't even on my driving record. Drivers defense is not a scam.
