Completely and utterly the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. After he started doing my nails, I noticed something was wrong I expressed in a polite manner that it was not what I wanted. He immediately got upset and started screaming in my face and pointing his finger in my face calling me a liar. I did not know what to do , so I remained calm and expressed that it was fine and to just continue . He kept on screaming and pointing in my face despite me not feeding into the argument anymore. I then chose to walk out of the salon in tears due to being treated extremely ill-mannered. I hope to God no one gives this place business. -100/10 stars . read more

This place is amazing I went there with my wife today got an amazing pedicure mind you I went to lucky nails about a week an a half ago and the lady was surprised saying are you sure got a pedicure a week ago it looks like nothing was done! She took her time and got all the calluses off the bottom of my feet My wife got a full gel set and her nails look so good the lucky nails did horrible they all came off in 6 days We will be coming here from now on going forward 5 star very friendly comfy and great hard workers it's a brand new place and I'm so happy to be a customer here and glad we found them thanks so much read more

By far the worst nail full I have ever had. They got the shape wrong, and filed way too short. One hand different length then the other. Filed one mail completely crooked. Filed and used nail drill after she painted. Rude and pushed my hands away. Also natural nail underneath one nail is longer then the acrylic. I have never left a salon without tipping first...until today. Unfortunately I have to work 80 hours this week and won't have a chance to get a new set somewhere else. very disappointed...had appointment for 12. 2 people were there doing nails. another lady came in and also had a 12 o'clock appointment..one of the girls called the owner and he showed up..now it is going on 12:25. He did a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes. He didn't cut my nails or clean my cuticles. when he finished he put some oil on my nails and I was on my way. What happened to the lotion and a massage of your hands. The table were he did the manicure was filthy...bottles and dust everywhere! The price is the same at most all salons in Pittsfield..will not be back! read more

They didn't engage with me at all, when I asked for when it was time reshape my nail that I just want it skinnier, and the lady was like "one thing at a time, I didn't file yet" like no shit, that's why I said when you get to the filing part this is how I want it. I wasn't saying for right then and there. I didn't say that to her, but that's what I was thinking in my head. It was just rude of her , having that being the only thing she said to me during my whole appointment. When I called about a refill they said $25, and charged me $50. The tech was really rough with my fingers. And she didn't even use one of the colors I wanted. This review is not on my nails, because I am happy with them. This review is about the customer service/treatment. I also went with a friend, and her nail tech had her nails all different shapes and sizes. My friend had one accent nail on each hand, and one was shorter and not as files as the other along with the fact they were two different colors. The tech rushed through her set, and cut her cuticle which caused it to bleed. I'm highly disappointed with the customer service of this facility. read more

Would go back again! I was looking for a place last minute for a full acrylic set and I can't complain. Prices are normal and the environment was nice, by they weren't playing music so I recommend bringing headphones lol. Very average salon and the women who did my nails said I can come back if for a touch up if I chipped them throughout the week. read more

Don't leave reviews often but I made an appointment here and walked in and no one acknowledged me and some girl was screaming to her friends being extremely obnoxious and wasn't wearing a mask. No one told her to put hers back on. Ended up walking out after 20 minutes of just sitting there waiting. read more

They squeezed us in, but I wish they hadn't. The manicure hurt and the filing board was the one they're supposed to use in feet so it was really painful. They weren't careful and had to keep cleaning up what they did. It was massively overpriced, and not worth it. The pedicurist cut my friends foot and the polish was all messed up after. read more

I called to schedule a same day appt for Ombre with ANC (which I never had done before) and I brought a picture with me of what I wanted. They said over the phone they do ombre. When I got there, the first person who started taking care of me said she could do it when I showed her the picture but she just sat there for like 10 minutes talking to her coworkers (which no one understands, so I can only imagine what they were saying). Then she told me have a seat at an empty desk and when someone else was finished, she would take care of me because her appt just got there. At first I was a little annoyed because I'm getting bounced around because someone else decided to be 30 minutes late for her appt!! Then I figured she just didn't know hiw to do ombre, so whatever. The other woman who ended up doing my nails did a horrible job!!! One of my thumbs had lines in it. When I pointed it out to her, she got annoyed because her next client was waiting. She ended up redoing that one nail and it came out worse the second time! She just kept saying that was how it was supposed to look!!! Then after I got home, I had a closer look at my nails and the shaping is aweful!!! Maybe 2 or 3 are shaped straight, most of them are angled to the side!!! I will never go back there again!!!! read more
