It looked like they had been sitting out for a long time, and the person doing my pedicure reached into this product with their hands. Not sanitary. 2. The nail file. A friend of mine had a gift card here to use I don't usually go to that salon but we couldn't find the gift card but I had already called ahead to see if they had time for a gel manicure, the woman said the did and I told them I would be there in ten minutes. she took me right away but when a regular came in for an appointment at the same time as me, that she had forgotten, she told the girl to wait 15 minutes in which time she did my entire manicure. I am in customer service and still left a 20$ tip but she did not do a good job. one of my gel nails already fell right off 2 days later. they are thick, messy, not filled to the cuticle, she never had me wash my hands, never took the dirt from under my nails, she did not follow the photo I showed her of the sunflower but rather made her own flower up. it was just a disappointing experience as this was sentimental to me and I was obviously not a priority. I'm sure they do amazing work for their regulars and I appreciate them taking me but to get a 20$ tip for a 15 minute rushed job was frustrating. so maybe before you go, make sure they have the time.

I can honestly say, Laci gave me the best massage I have had in my life. Throughout the treatment I was felt waves of euphoria and relief of pain and tension that has never quite been relieved since 2013.
