I called to make him an appointment a few days later, and when we got there, the facility was beautiful and clean, and the waiting area has freshly baked cookies and water. The assistant showed him to the waiting room, and on the way showed us all of the certifications of the doctors, their modern machine that can do same-day crowns, and gave a free reusable water bottle filled with some gum, drink powder, and chapstick. I was very impressed and assumed that the experience would be great. However, my partner had a very bad experience. The appointment was for 1020am, and they did the x-ray, then he waited an hour, and then they did the exam and told him he had to come back to do the cleaning and the earliest opening was in two hours. How disrespectful of people's time to assume they can come in two visits. Why couldn't they do the cleaning during this hour where they had him waiting for nothing? They never told us when I made the appointment that it was broken up into two visits - in California for these new patient specials they always do it in one visit. So then he went back a few days later for the cleaning and it was HORRIBLE. Usually there is a dentist who cleans, and then an assistant who mans the suction, but this was one lady doing it all herself. She was not communicative (usually they tell you when they're doing the suction, when to close your mouth, etc, she said nothing) nor detailed (she jumped around from a left tooth to a right tooth when usually they go sequentially), and an overflow of saliva built up in his mouth. Then she POKED his lip with the sharp pick point and didn't even apologize!!! And she was scraping a tooth and missed and scraped his mouth!! Ugh!! How is this person allowed to even clean people's teeth? I'm very disappointed that we didn't get to experience the good dentists that other people refer to in their reviews. My partner was in shock after the appointment and said it was the worst teeth cleaning experience he's ever had. The fact that they have this incompetent tooth cleaner to where they hurt you is unforgiveable. Definitely will not be going back.

The surgery itself and the surgeon did a great job, but everything else was absolutely horrible. First, they forgot to fit him for his healing dentures and had to rush it at the last minute. Second, they constantly gave him the runaround when scheduling his surgery because nobody seemed to know what was going on, which is literally their job. The process should have been simple and stress-free for the patient, and it was the complete opposite. The worst part was the healing dentures themselves. They were horribly made and did not align at all. When he smiled, the top dentures shifted to the side and the front teeth did not line up with the bottom teeth. It caused him jaw pain and discomfort. When he went back to explain his concerns, he was told that they were "only temporary" and that he would have to pay extra to get them fixed, even though it was clearly their mistake. We later took him to another dentist, who told us how bad the dentures were and recommended that we report this to the dental board. That is something we are seriously considering so this does not happen to someone else. Starting the denture process is already difficult and emotional enough. This office made that experience ten times worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for something as serious as dentures.

He was assigned to Dr. Hernandez's team and agreed to a payment plan of $150+ per month for one year, with his dental insurance also applied toward a new set of dentures. Throughout the process, he had several visits before and after the denture fitting. Unfortunately, after receiving the dentures, he experienced significant mouth sores due to an improper fit. When he returned to the office to address the issue, he was informed that he would need to pay an additional fee for adjustments or polishing to make them fit properly. This experience was very upsetting for him, and he ultimately decided not to return. To make matters worse, we later found out that his dental insurance only covers dentures once every five years, which added to our frustration. We are relieved to have moved on to a different provider.

I've had so much dental work done in the past, and I really thought I was done with cavities. So when Dr. Connolly told me I had a few more, it was a hard pill for my husband to swallow. Because of our past experience. My husband wanted to pay out of pocket for a second opinion... and yep, the second dentist confirmed it: the cavities were real .Some lessons are expensive, but at least you never forget them. So we came back, tails between our legs, and I opened up about why I got the second opinion. It wasn't because I didn't trust doctor Connolly and his team,but because I was genuinely traumatized from previous care. And instead of judging me, they listened. They were kind. They understood. Dr. Connolly sat with me for over 35 minutes and walked me through every single x-ray, tooth by tooth, explaining what was going on. Rebecca was just as wonderful ,warm, patient, and reassuring through the whole process. I'm so grateful for the compassion, the patience, and the absolute lack of judgment. After years of fearing dentists, I finally feel like I've found a team I can trust with my care. And the truth is, once a tooth is rotten it will never come back but trust can be rebuilt.
