I have done a lot of business with Lou in the past through some other ventures he owns and he is very professional and trustworthy. When it comes to insurance i want to go with someone i can trust. We met at his office and within 30 minutes i was walking out with a homeowners policy. They had multiple A+ rated companies to choose from. Of course i went with the least expensive and most reputable. I was able to save money by bundling my home and auto. Due to my children making good grades in school he also saved me money by providing a copy of there report cards. Over all i am very pleased with TWFG insurance of Covington. I did as instructed and called the Manager at the number listed in her response to my original review The customer service rep was rude, then put me on hold for a rather long period and then said the Manager was not available. I left my phone number with the rep and was advised that I would get a call back from the Manager. It has been 3 days and still no call back from the Manager. Again terrible customer service.
