I have done a lot of business with Lou in the past through some other ventures he owns and he is very professional and trustworthy. When it comes to insurance i want to go with someone i can trust. We met at his office and within 30 minutes i was walking out with a homeowners policy. They had multiple A+ rated companies to choose from. Of course i went with the least expensive and most reputable. I was able to save money by bundling my home and auto. Due to my children making good grades in school he also saved me money by providing a copy of there report cards. Over all i am very pleased with TWFG insurance of Covington.
