While they did get an inspector out for the pre…read moreand post retrofit inspections in a decent length of time, the only thing of value is the report being submitted to the CRA in order to continue the process to get the renovation grants. The report is a cut and paste into a standard report and verification that the renovation included energy efficient products we told them we were installing. Not rocket science. So far we are over 21 days and no report. We paid them their full fee as requested when the inspector came so they have no incentive to finish the job and I have no leverage to get it completed. Very frustrated.

I called and asked for additional items that I thought it is important, Tate told me that I don't need to spend extra money on something that I don't need to do. Any other company will be happy to charge me the extra amount and do the extra things that I don't need. THEY GAVE ME A DETAILED REPORT THAT COVERS EVERYTHING.
