My neighbor was a very sweet and very sick elderly woman who trusted him. He kept promising to come and she made this note of their meeting 18 months ago. No matter how many times she called or had her children call Dan would promise to show up and then make an excuse as to why he did not. NOW 18 months later he lied and said it was done, making it impossible to get anyone else before the off season ended. So it will two years of lies and broken promises before the limb is removed. I just cannot imagine how anyone could be two years late to a job, but it is clear he thinks he has a monopoly on tree work in Lakeside because he snakily replied to her son 'good luck finding someone'. I may just start a new tree service to create some competition. This guy is arrogant, unprofessional and utterly unreliable.

They were supposed to come back to take out the stumps a couple of days later. It has been well over a month and they the stumps are still here and they wont return calls. While here, they did good work, but obviously cannot be trusted.
