For example, gave me specific instructions and tips on how to refinish floors, reseed a lawn and install posts. A much better choice than the Big Box Stores who lack this type of personal touch. Lastly, went in during September for a lawn aerator. Owner told me that if the ground was very dry it would be a waste of money because the tines probably would not penetrate. Advised me to come back later after the soil was moist. I appreciate someone who's not out to just make buck. Worth the while.

They called us and notified us they will be ordering parts to fix our machine, told us it would only take a couples of days to receive parts and 1 week went by nobody called us or updated us on anything. We called US jetting to ask if parts were shipped and standard equipment never put in an order for parts. At this point we just decided to pick up our jetting machine and take it elsewhere where customers are a priority. We were charged $600 and they never resolved our issue. This company just wants to take your money.

Well the popcorn machine did not work, I asked for a refund and they went from friendly to the meanest rudest people I have ever encountered. This is how they treated a longtime customer. My elderly father was treated very poorly when he was there as well; they went as far as to use derogatory words to his face. I had to call the corporate office and finally after three or four months I got my refund. I was VERY disappointed that I now have to use another company and not help out my local Des Plaines small business. Beware of this company I will never use them.

Terrace is the only company open on a Saturday that sells welding gas that I could find and so I went in right when they opened on Saturday morning. I had a 60cf tank and they don't deal in them and since they don't do fills on site, I would seem I was screwed or I was buying another tank just to get the job done (I don't need another tank.. mine is perfectly fine and well within inspection spec). I explained the situation and Tony figured out a solution that would get me welding over the weekend without wasting money on something I don't need.
