After 3+ years as a loyal client, I was deeply disappointed by how MKP handled a recent appointment…read moreerror. I was told one time over the phone (2:45 PM), but booked for another (10:45 AM). I didn't find out until I was already en route. Instead of understanding, I was charged a no-show fee. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.
