There were no clear policies for cancellation. Everything was done by phone. When this company discovered my review they posted pictures of my home in a threatening manner on all 4 sides including the background. I believe this was done in a threatening manner to intimidate me since I had cancelled the work 24 hours before so there was no reason to come to my home. Stay away!!!
