Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I had called to ask if they service European cars, and surely they do! They were able to schedule me to drop off my car the next day with other flexible dates. They also were able to take one of my pre purchased parts from AutoZone, no problem. When I arrived, at first slightly confused, by their glorious lobby, was not something I'm used to or expected. They don't have the usual rundown looking lobby to wait or make your payment. No, this is stunning as if I walked into another professional business. Very classy indeed! They also graciously called to let me know of other updates my car needed that was necessary or at least make me aware of to have taken care of in the future, along with a quote ahead of time! After that, I received an email and text report of their findings. This was the most thorough report I have ever witnessed from a mechanic! They not only break it down by things that "passed" their check, items they checked but are not as pressing to have repaired and more immediate repairs. Each had their own break down with screenshots and photos with a computer generated simulation video to talk you through its part needing attention/repair. I've never been more impressed, especially being a female with knowing little to nothing about cars and unable to regurgitate what's been done on my car. I now have this report to refer back to. When I arrived the next day to pick up my car, they pulled it up for me. What also awaited me in my car was a free cold water and a cookie! How sweet and thoughtful. They recommend that I turned the front rotors. Problem temporarily solved. The sound came back, then they recommended that I get the back rotors turned and the brakes replaced. This is my first big complaint. I would think that it makes sense to check all four wheels before sending me on my way. During this second visit I also asked that they see if they can read the codes for the check engine light. They do so, then tell me that they don't have the tools to find out what is wrong with my car, and was charged around $80 for this service anyways. I finally take my car to the Volvo dealer to find out that my vehicle needs 3-5 grand in repair to run safely, which Brocks should have been able to tell me if only they had the tools to find out that the radiator hose and steering rack had visible issues. The name of the business has "car repair", which they were unable to do.
