That review tells what we units had installed, how well the staff handled our complex situation and how wonderful the heating and AC worked from the units. Since then, we had Sean out to do a yearly cleaning and maintenance on the units. As always, he took great care to make sure nothing in the rooms around the units was disturbed from the cleaning. When he was finished inside and out, it gave us peace of mind that we were starting a new winter clean and ready to crank up the heat. Last week we had Sean out to do a redo and longer installation of one of the pipes back to the main outside unit (a planned deck renovation coming up). It was a long job, under a small space, cold and under threat of rain. He was careful and methodical and after finishing the installation, topped up the Freon in the pipes, cleaned up the area spic and span, & made sure all the units were working perfectly before leaving many hours later. Sean is a joy to work with, never once complained, always has a smile, answers all our questions and we trust him implicitly. As to value for the money- our electric bill has gone down pretty dramatically for both summer and winter. Worth the price hands down. The Mini Splits worked flawlessly the first year and we expect with Mini Splits USA to help us, they will continue for many years to come.

Pretty expensive for the West Virginia area. Nice owner, just too high of price for the system.read more

They showed up at 8am on a Monday and were done by 1pm. The generator does a weekly test run at noon and runs smoothly. Since installation, the power has gone out once for a couple hours, and it kept our house going, uninterrupted. We are extremely pleased with their work and have called them back for new projects. Thank you!

Let's face it, when someone tells you that it will not cost more than $4,000, then that's what you're paying. I had four uni-struts that I had purchased at the Home Depot in Ranson, WV. When they finished up, I noticed that I only had two left. I asked them about it and they claimed that they used there own material. I looked at the sku numbers on the pieces that they used and it is a big coincidence that they drove 2 hours to Ranson and purchased it there. Good job but I recommend making sure that everything is nailed down. I have been in business surveying and never did anything like that.

Bill, Jeff and Harry turned my building into a masterpiece. We had major water damage and the entire 4000+ sq ft had to be gutted and put back together. This was not a small task, but Masterpiece didn't back down or cut corners. We sat down and went over what I expected and Bill exceeded my expectations. Jeff made sure everything was done perfectly and professionally. I highly recommend Masterpiece, you will not be disappointed. I will include several, before & after photos.

I explained what I needed and was told they would call back in a few days. I waited. I know businesses can be very busy so I waited a week and a half. Still wanting to get a quote I went to the website and filled in my information. I again waited about a week and a half, no call. It had been almost a month at this point, so I tried again to call. The woman that answered was very curt on the phone saying she could take down my information but they had other businesses needing work. I tried to explain it's been a month of waiting. This person made me feel like only businesses were important and my smaller home ( smaller job) wasn't important. This was my experience. While I'd love to give them a great review I can't as I was pushed to the back of some list and they never did any work for me and still have not returned a call from my first 2 attempts.
