I scheduled an appointment with them to remove green waste from my property 2 days in advance and…read morethey agreed on the date and time. I later changed the time for later in the day and they said it would work better for them. Upon the set time scheduled I asked for an eta and to please drive down the alleyway to have direct access to the pile. They continued to delay the time from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. I called after that time and they said they were only down the street and would be at my property in 15 minutes. 4:30pm came and went I sat there till about 7:00pm.They wasted my entire day on Halloween waiting for them to arrive when we had plans. We had to use multiple different phones in order to get them to answer. We ended up coming to an agreement and they would arrive at 7:30am the next day and give a discount on the price. Low and behold the next morning I waited for them to call or text with an eta and waited till 8:00am before texting and they ghosted me. Went with another company who actually showed up and cleaned the piles. Very unprofessional, no communication skills and very poor buisness etiquette.

I had a very bad experience with this moving company and would never use them again…read more They completely underestimated the job. I was told the move would take around 5 hours, but after 8 hours they were only about 40% finished. It was clear they were unprepared, disorganized, and not working with any real urgency or professionalism. The biggest issue was the damage they caused to my furniture: * My $1,200 dining table was ruined because their employee used the wrong screws and drilled straight through the tabletop during assembly. I was helping hold the table while he worked, trusting he knew what he was doing, and the damage happened because of his mistake. * My $2,000 white couch was handled with no protective covering at all. It's basic moving practice to wrap white furniture, yet they didn't, and now it's stained and damaged. They also did not complete the move we originally agreed on. I hired them to move my entire home, and they left a large portion unfinished due to how slow and inefficient they were. To make matters worse, the owner went online and posted my personal information and address, which is completely unprofessional and a violation of my privacy. I now have thousands of dollars in damaged furniture and a huge headache because this company refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. If you care about your belongings and your peace of mind, do not hire this company.
