He said he had to have the serial number. There was nothing that he would do to honor the $30. I even asked him to check with the owner. He wouldn't do that. Unfortunately, I have never felt that they have been good with understanding customer service. I think one should greet your customers, and offer to take the wine out. At this time they were refusing to replace the bottle. In the end they replaced the bottle but didn't say one word to me as she was handing me the replacement bottle. The owners last email to me said "Thats it, we are done". This is absolutely horrible customer service. The owner refused to call me even though I gave him my number numerous times. The slight saving's you get are not worth it. Chose a local store to spend your money. He is a gentleman who knows his beverages and it shows in every nook and cranny of the distillery. The logo is amazing. Crafting the packaging was important to Richard and it shows. The bottles practically jump off the shelves and into your hands. I'd try it once just for the sexy logo and I'll keep buying it because it's delicious. The distillery is beautiful and the tasting room is exquisite. Stop by to purchase product and/or have a tasting yourself. Richard is a perfect host. They opened not long ago but have already crafted a couple of special Copper Creams for the winter season - Salted Chocolate Truffle and my personal favorite, Pecan Praline. They are planning on releasing a new spring/summer beverage too so I can't wait to taste that! To be honest I'm not much of a vodka drinker but a few sips of theirs made me change my mind. It's incredibly smooth! Richard takes pride in his work and only serves the best products that he will stand behind 100%. When I buy their product I know I'm buying the best and that love and hard work went into the process. Finding Copper Horse is the only difficult thing... it's on Huger Street behind Stronghold. Being a bourbon guy, they have a great selection of bourbons and whiskies on the shelf, including some limited/allocated offerings like a Maker's FAE-02 2021 Limited Release that the owner offered me on my last visit in. They also have tastings and some awesome store specials. They've made me a forever customer and unless I'm out of town, I will do all of my spirits shopping here.
