We were in town for a marching band competition and found Frank's based on its great Yelp reviews…read more I was a little apprehensive when we arrived because it didn't look like a traditional restaurant, but those concerns quickly disappeared. We were greeted by two friendly, helpful employees who walked us through the ordering process. We ordered a salad and a sandwich, my wife grabbed a small box of wine, and I chose a beer. Their selection of wine and, especially, beer is impressive. We waited a while for our food, but after tasting it, I suspect the wait was simply because everything was made fresh. And it was absolutely worth it. This was the best meal I've had in a long, long time! The salad was perfectly balanced, with fresh greens, candied pecans, blue cheese, green apples, and a subtle dressing. The hot honey chicken sandwich was fabulous: a generous chicken breast with a crispy crust that tasted like it had been fried in clean oil. The hot honey was perfectly balanced and restrained, while fresh tomato and pickle slices rounded out the sandwich beautifully. The Birdsong beer was great, but after sitting for a bit, I noticed they had draft taps! Naturally, I had to order a draft beer, and that made an already excellent meal even better. Frank's earned every one of its stars. Great food, friendly service, and an impressive beer selection. I can't wait to go back!

Every FOH staff member was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is adorable, funky, hip, and fun. The food?! Yum! Had vegan grits and vegan chorizo on top. My bf had a breakfast biscuit with egg and idk what else because I was too busy looking at the stickers, decor, etc all around us. Picked up a housemade ciabatta and wow! Too good. Will def be back when in town! Forgot to take pics sadly.

Had some time to kill, so I searched for coffee shops near me and saw The Hobbyist had great…read morereviews. There are a few tables outside and the inside decor is super cute. But it does appear to be SUPER popular, so finding a table was impossible lol. There were a few open, single seats at the bar but we ending up squeezing in the middle of a large couch area, where groups were on either side of us. The two gentlemen who helped me were both very friendly. I had planned to get a latte but saw they have a $3 mimosa or Prosecco special on Sunday, so I said "Absolutely" haha. I ordered two mimosas, light on the juice, and they were great. My friend had a vanilla latte and it wasn't her favorite, but since I didn't taste it, I'm only rating my experience. And I will definitely be back for their Sunday special!

Prior to going here I looked up their menu on their website and IG trying to decide what I wanted to order. I decided on the ube vanilla latte but they did not have that on their menu as it's on the fall menu that drops in a week or so from now. I felt like there was quite a bit of false advertising going on. However, I did order a vanilla latte and it was really good! It tasted like a vanilla ice cream cone!
