When they left I had Dan right back out to add additional circuits and some extra lights and outlets. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. I will definitely be having them back out and now have his number listed in our Property Welcome Manual so guests can call him if they can not reach me. They offer a multitude of products for your new home construction or remodel - light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, some appliances, and cabinetry hardware. Not an inch of the ceiling is wasted - they have so many light fixtures from various companies and pricing levels displayed. They have chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and even exterior lighting. For their plumbing fixtures - what sets them apart from all of the other showrooms in the area is that some of their fixtures actually have running water so you or your clients can actually feel the water pressure and see if the handling is comfortable. They actually had a whole row of various faucets that could turn on, there is a shower that can be turned on, and some of the tubs can be filled up. Locally, I haven't seen any other showroom that offers that first hand experience! I didn't spend too much time in the appliance department, but I saw plenty of grills and stoves. Overall - this is one of the best showrooms in Tampa, and I'm so excited to use them for my next project!
