I was past the 30 days because I was waiting for my contractor to install and now they want to charge me $10 for the Crystal and $15 to ship it. Wait a minute they left the part out. Hmm I think it's their mistake because they can't count. Why do they need to have to send parts anyway?? If they did the job right in the first place I would not see reviews that say they sent the part. What good is a chandelier without all the crystals? Don't buy from them that is my advice. I would not even give them one star.

They said he was just as patient and respectful when he came 2 days later and had to reset the breaker and point out which two things not to plug in at the same time. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. For their plumbing fixtures - what sets them apart from all of the other showrooms in the area is that some of their fixtures actually have running water so you or your clients can actually feel the water pressure and see if the handling is comfortable.
